Love or loathe, this guy has never hidden on the pitch, he suffered from Wilkins coming in and got him to play sideways. Regardless of what some posters will say, good luck to you Westy. You tried when others took the money.

Always gave 100% and didn't hide even last season - minimum requirements for a football player but after the players we've had and the times we've been through last few years you have to respect him for it.

Was brilliant when he developed and was playing next to Delph. So good luck to him, he needs to regain the confidence that some fans have drained out of him, will always remember his equaliser at the hawthorns and his celebration!

he didn't try he just pointed a lot he didn't score he didn't set up he didn't stop people from scoring like a kante like player so what did he actually do 4 the team? I tell you what he did he passed the ball sideways and backwards and there all short simple passes a 5 year old good do. Only problem is there only loaning the donkey when they see how bad he is he will be back.

Not being funny but no where has it said it's a loan their buying him for 5 mil plus, and secondly this sideways argument is rubbish, yes in recent times he looks to move it on quickly but that's only true since he spent time under Sherwood and Wilkins and the twitter fans have grasped onto, for majority of his time here he had brilliant distribution and could pick brilliant passes. Seems like your arguing for the sake of it, what with thinking it's a loan and all.

German u21 player with 7 goals in 9 so far. German u19 euro winner great in air and with both feet plays best as centre forward but can play wide right also. this guy will be a world class forward.

Problem is though Kingvilla is that he isn't world class now! We don't need young hopefuls or potential world super stars " remember Traore! We need proven " can do it now" Anyway he won't be coming to Villa its not him!

Good old Kingy serving us a load of tripe once more. "Statement signings" "Barrow will sign". Basically reading the crap we all read in the media and on various social media! This is what we do know. Ayew plus cash (£5-£6m) for Neil Taylor. Decent business as Ayew is a miserable git and scored 2 goals in a league we all thought he'd get 25 in! One was a pen too!! The other player has to be a striker. Rhodes is common knowledge that Bruce likes him but we're not willing to pay the asking price. Does shifting Ayew and possibly McCormack on loan change the game? And mean we have an extra few quid to play with. it's easy saying that the Dr is loaded but we have to comply to FFP rules and he's had his fingers burnt early doors with about 3-4 of the RDM signings in summer.
We have at least 2players for every position once the left back Taylor signs. We're short up front. Kodjia and Gabby are only 2 fit and available and I say fit loosely when mentioning Agbonlahor!! If Kodjia gets injured we're done. I think the mystery signing is Taylor. He only really surfaced over the weekend and Bruce prob hasn't copped wind until now that it was common knowledge. Let's stop summising and repeating the nonsense we read in the papers and unless we get some pukka info then post!?
Akpom was meant to be a done deal according to Kingy. he's going to Brighton, I never wanted him anyway we need better than that
