Firstly, it looks like rdm is a goner, so mr. know. it. all, i hope you're happy. i never thought rdm was right for us, but he deserved a chance, and i admit that i changed my mind about him through seeing who he bought and the integrity he has shown, while those in the shadows didn't help his cause.

i still hope dr. tony gives him a reprieve at the 11th hour, but the managers in the frame are:

Brucey bonus bluenose collaborator, David WAGNER; no chance, the man has loyalty written all over him, but if Huddersfield will deal then yes please!

Tim SHERWOOD, i wouldn't be upset.

Lee JOHNSON, a man who honours his contract unless his club wants to cash in; wouldn't mind him.

and finally Steve MCCLAREN. if you come on here and say McClaren can't do any worse, not only will my jaw hit the floor, but you will have to start wearing a clown outfit, but i would be interested to hear if any other managers get your seal of approval!

Agree totally, didn't want RDM but when we got Clark aswell I was happy, he got all his signings and I do also hope Xia decides to back him and RDM starts being ruthless with the slackers from yesterday, we gifted two goals, that's why we lost. Funny situation we're in re sherwood, he was manager and wasn't backed by the board now we have a board that will back him if like to see what he can do, he was brilliant when he first come in, him and benteke kept us up! (I do remember the following season but keep in mind they weren't his players and he had ray Wilkins who we now know was an alcoholic) .

Wagner doubt he'd come but love his style of play and would be good. Rowett in the frame would be good to get one over on the noses, good young manager but doubt he'd come. Bruce would get results and has the experience (he is probably most likely), don't know enough about Johnson and mclaren well I think he should stay on sky sports, talks a good game but that's about it! We need a manager for the next 3/ 4 years, the players need a figure of authority and a consistent game plan/ style of play, the chopping and changing has been one of the main parts of our downfall, no more please!

Hey chrisAVFC, looks more and more like dr. tony is looking around, as for lee johnson, he's the son of gary johnson, got a good pedigree for stabilising teams in trouble and getting them playing football with style on the deck, he went into bristol city last season when they were as good as relegated and turned them around, and this season.

well, i think the table gives us a clue, also got an eye for a good player, sold us kodjia for 14 million, brought in tami abraham on loan from chelsea, whose been top draw for them so far, he's probably a manager who would do well for us, young and ambitious, he could grow with us as we move up and build a system that wouldn't keep chopping and changing, in short, very good young manager whose been a success at smaller clubs in trouble in the lower leagues and stepped up at bristol city and turned them around, in my opinion, just as good as eddie howe (i actually think better), down to earth with an old head on young shoulders.

Didn't even realise he was Bristol manager, they were top class against us, had a style and stuck to it. Wouldn't mind him.
