Phaaaaaa

Agree19 Disagree1

Why would you putthis up? Why would lambert sell a 20 goal a season striker for a player who could maybe get 10? Are you a stoke fan trying to imagine your a bigger club than us?

Agree13 Disagree1

Has lambert not said that he has not come to villa to sell our star striker ?

Agree9 Disagree2

NO WAY
K.Jones is SH*T
Villa should be looking at
Lukaku
Sturradge
Klasnic
Rhodes

Agree8 Disagree2

Haha funniest thing i've heard

Agree8 Disagree0

Darren Bent will 100% be leaving Aston Villa, sorry to disappoint {Ed043's Note - i highly doubt this statement is true as he has already stated that he is staying at villa and wants to play under the new manager}

Agree6 Disagree4

Jones is quality. Not as good as bent but way better than the unproven , lukaku, Rhodes, and the old klasnic. Sturridge would be the only one I want but he's just been diagnosed with mennengitus

Agree2 Disagree1

Oh Ed told you straight

Agree4 Disagree0

Jones is rubbish. Bent is not a 20+ goal a season striker.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jones is probably one of the best players in the air atm a threat for any team him and bent would tear it up

Yacine Brahimi (22 years) could be loaned to Aston Villa next season. This is certainly understands that RMC Sports .

The Rennes would be willing to let his young midfielder in the case of a loan offer with purchase options.

Villa are also looking to move Ireland on as his 70-80k a week wage could be used on 2,3 or even 4 players

Believable16 Unbelievable2

Heard about this earlier today, their is deffo interest in him. but it may be on a perm instead of loan.

Agree7 Disagree3

Villa have got to offload ireland, despite him being a capable player his wages could be spent on a much better consistent player

Agree13 Disagree3

Capable possibly, over rated and over paid,definitely
CR

Agree5 Disagree0

Ireland out but i still like BB.
He is a good player on his day - but consistency within him!

Agree0 Disagree1

Would like to know who posted the original comment as this came days before SSN had a clue wat was happening.

With Villa needing defensive options and Mellberg stating he wants to return to the premier could this mean he's coming back to Villa??
Or will Lambert go for Clynne, Ayala J.Ollson,Dann even Lescot {Ed043's Note - i doubt we will see mellberg coming back to villa park and dont think it would be a good idea because he has such a good reputation so should leave himself as a hero of villa, all these players could really add to the team and are our reach so i would expect lambert to target these player

Believable7 Unbelievable1

Is it me or do villa look to see who west ham want to sign an then decide they want to sign them as well

Agree4 Disagree7

Lambert signed Ayala at Norwich, he is aquality defender, I think after recent events Villa must be prepared to pay over the odds for any Norwich players.......Whats the problem with Given? I think he is one of the top keepers in the prem, it's not his fault he had 10 under preforming players infront of him for most of last season.

Agree8 Disagree0

Given is nothing more than mediocre, proven again in the euros, but he was an extremely top keeper in his day. Villa can build a future with Lindergaard... {Ed043's Note - i wouldnt forget that given was not fully fit throughout the euro's and had an incredible season in goal for us}

Agree2 Disagree1

Ayala will not be going to Villa he has still got 2 years and will be following the same rout as Holt

Agree0 Disagree0

I dnt remeber ayala playing much for norwich this season. And im sure he'd prefer lambert a man who gets the best out of young hungry players

Agree0 Disagree0

No You are wrong Ayala is not leaving, he will be signing an extention to his contract this week, Hughton has got most of the first team squad all on 4 year contracts.

Agree0 Disagree0

Given's save against West Brom, pretty much kept us up...

Makoun on his way out as Villa are prepared to listen to offers. Cuellar gone to Sunderland. That is according to BBC. So it seems that Lambert is clearing the decks quite quickly. Will Warnock, Hutton and a few others be on their way, only hope so.

Believable8 Unbelievable4

Makoun is NOT leaving villa, PL has given him till after pre season to show what he can do, and he is a quality player so doubt he will leave unless he makes a massive error during it

Agree10 Disagree4

BBC state Lambert prepared to listen to offers. Check the site!

Agree3 Disagree2

I have it's not their ... Trust me I have on good authority he won't be leaving until lambert sees him in preseason so his NOT going until his been reviewed

Agree2 Disagree0

Custom Made, it's a bit creepy that you put a kiss on the end of your posts lol {Ed003's Note - Why ? xxxx}

Agree2 Disagree1

Cuellar was released by Villa in May, Lambert wasn't even at the club when he left.

Just because PL is willing to listen to offers, doesn't mean Makoun is leaving. I think Custom Made is right and he'll have time to prove himself.
Don't trust everything you read on the BBC gossip page.

Villa are interested in Scott Sinclair although Liverpool maybe the likely canditate for his signature

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Does Brendan Rogers not have a clause in his contract about signing Swansea players for next 12 months ------Ed??? {Ed003's Note - It's more a gentlemans agreement}
