The one thing that upsets you, is you never see any of them, berating the other players when a goal goes in . They just all stand there with heads down, not one leader on the pitch . who ever comes in, we need him to find us, fighters and leaders on the pitch . Some body who can pick the team up and gee them up . Spink said the Mica and Gabby saga, would never had happened in his day, of it had the senior players would have sorted it . Our problem is it's our senior players, who are dragging the club down.

I think he means Phil Neville who worked with him at Everton. If you saw him on the documentary about Salford City fc, you'll know Phil Neville takes no carrots on the training ground. He is regimented and ferocious. He takes after Alex Ferguson in that aspect.

Gary vastly over rated both as a player and coach.
His record asmanager/ coach illustrates his lack of ability.
However I will trust in our new board to find the right person for the job of raising a sleeping giant.
They have to get it right this time and as long as
Lerner is away from the selection panel they might just.
Moyes, Pearson could both do what is needed but I would like to see Martin O'Neil back. He put us high up the table which none of the Lerner picks have managed.

Hi my fellow villa family right news nigel pearson is going to be aston villa manager but he won't take over till aston villa are officially relegated in about 3 or 4 games time as he don't want relegation on he's record it was true moyes was in the running but villa feel nigel pearson is a stronger Character and plays better football than moyes.
