Guzan to Middlesbrough. Any idea of the transfer fee? I reckon 2 million. Surely Middlesbrough couldn't expect us to pay them more than that for taking Guzan. Lol.

Like a child obsessing over a toy I want that goalkeeper we were after in January. The guy looked the real deal and leaking goals has been our problem for far too long.

Birmingham mail "small heath times" are on fire at the moment with all sports of trash about Villa, but then what's new! Plenty of linking us to every player and his dog, then "Oh dear villa fans because Villa are set to miss out to Newcastle, Leeds or even that huge club in the north eadt.

Evening Mail - Aston Villa are considering a shock move to bring Andy Gray out of retirement and back to the club as first choice striker but face losing out in the race to either Newcastle or Leeds! It wouldn't suprise me if this soft of thing got reported it really wouldnt!

Another pathetic story from the mail - Revealed Villas championship finnishing spot. Apparently according to football boffins we will fail to get back first time and will finnish 9th! Its it me or do they just hate Villa?! What a load of rubbish can't quite get my breath at how bad they are.
{Ed091's Note - I think 9th is being modest personally. I hope Villa stable the ship..but the championship is not easy.

Last season's team lacked about four or five players who would have turned the season around and probably pushed us to 16th or 17th in the prem, if we sign those players now we will be near the top of the championship clearly. There are still players who can make a difference, Amavi, Ayew, Okore if we hang on to them and I think Adama T and Grealish could terrorize the championship! I think we could suprise a few doom merchants with the right signings around that bunch! I predict Play offs all day long ed son.
