Balde has just signed for a club in russia i think an rose is just not that good! I agree Defoe, Brahimi an sinclair would be good signings but cant see all three being signed, id settle for defoe, brahimi and a LB to give warnock some competition. >scg87

Danny rose not good signing. He's hot headed, throws himself into reckless tackles and is too small. Thats why spurs willing to sell - not good emough!!

Danny Rose isn't as good as carutthers,grealish or even albrighton. we don't need him and he won't add anything to our team he is effectively a player who has just lived off one goal (the volley against arsenal)

To be fair on D. Rose he looks a better player when he plays LB he tends to keep things simple when playin there. LM he looks to slow when looking for a pass an his decision making is poor when he has the responsibility of being the creative part

randy lerner to invest 100 mil into villa after selling the browns. 50 mil now to push carrol deal through and a few more lambert wants. then 20 mil in the jan window to add a couple of fresh faces and 30 mil towards next summer plus what lambert can bring in from sales.baines ia on lamberts raidar for 8 mil plus warnock.

It is true Randy trying to sell browns but don't expect to see big increase in available transfer funds. It's not going to happen. Whoever posted message above is either dreaming or deluded or both.

Cant see Lerner spending anywhere near £100m on players! Although i can see him clearing villa's debt to avoud paying intrest on any loans we have. Are you talking about Khouma Babacar of fiorentina? £8m Seems like alot of money for a player who's only played 20 odd games in his entire career!? Especially when Defoe could be signed for a similar price. Although khouma has the attributes to suit the prem style! >scg87

Baines £8 million + warnock are u mad David moyes does have eyes you know and if we do want Baines I think your looking closer to £18 million rather than 8. Also why would Baines join us at the moment, just being realistic boys

An ive heard Lambert is havin talks with an unnamed striker who will "excite" fans, any ideas who it could be? {Ed043's Note - i dont think he is having a medical otherwise papers would be all over it, lambert has played he cards to his chest so im not to sure who this could be}
