With £24m Star striker Darren Bent out for 3 months.
McLeish will give the main striker role to starlet Andreas Weimann who has an impressive reserve record of 2 hat-tricks in the past 3 reserve games.
Gabby,Weimann,Heskey & Johnson are the only strikers left now at VP.
Delfouneseo will be recalled to fill in!

The fonz had chances last season, bring him back but for back up. Give Weiman a chance after his progress in the reserves it'll be good for him. And Heskey maybe could have a chance every couple of games but its not like hes ganna rediscover his leciester form is it......

McLeish has stated Weimann is the man! He has been ready for a while but you can not apparently drop "Benty" for a youngster.

CANT BEAT WIGAN,playing blacburn next, these are the games we need and sould be winning,this club is in a bad way,our last home game warnock got a awfull going over from his own fans,why would players want to go out and give there all when they are being booed from there own fans,We are makeing ourselfs a laughing stock,we had millner,young,downing in the same team and nothing any team would struggle if they lost them GET BEHIND THE TEAM, dosent have to b the manager or owner

If they dont want to give there all for the team then they can kindly F off. these players are on more in a week than the majority of society is on in a year, so no i am getting behind none of it.. Sick of the board, sick of the players and sick of the manager

I havejust read that mcleish said (quote) " I will turn the villa fans around" yes right and I'm going to be priminister. The arrogance of mcginger is unbelievable. The thing is mr mcleish no one who cares wants you at the club. So it's about time you took the hint and went. What have you ever done as a manager , rangers would not survive in the championship let alone the premiership , scotland you did well there ( not ) and blues the players one the cup not you your tactics got them relegated. You say you will get the fans on your side and I know just how you can do it ........ RESIGN...... We will all be behind you then
