This is almost strange enough to be believable. Almost.

City have released that young Norwegian lad. Lambert is aparently having a look

Agree2 Disagree4

If this actually true I'm so excited as this is true talent. I lso love the the tomas rincon rumour on this site as I'm sure Ed can confirm he would fit wel into our stye of play and would marshall any EPL top 4 midfield he was said to be the only player that had Messi in his pocket all game WOW!, check it out on youtube

Agree1 Disagree1

Apparantly gael kakuta is being looked at for a loan deal from chelsea. I wouldn't say no to that at the moment because it seems like pl has been banking on hoolahan a bit too much I just hope he's got a plan b as I can't see norwich backing down

Agree6 Disagree6

Abdisalam Ibrahim (the young Norwegian) has signed for Olympiakos, according to his twitter, so if PL's was looking at him, I rather doubt he is any more.
Would love to see Ravel Morrison at the Villa. A great talent if he can be kept on the straight and narrow. Lambert could get the nest out of him.

Villa to make 2 big moves next week and try to sort deals for defour and morrison. Randy Lerner wants to sell and a deal is close with red bull but they have said it's dependant on villa being in the epl so Lerner will spend around 15 mil to sort both deals.

Believable6 Unbelievable18

If Red Bull haven't noticed we are in the Premier League, if your talking about next season then a deal isn't close as Lerner will renegotiate in the summer. You see if a deal is close then it's as is, what next Red Bull insisting on a sell back clause if we get relegated in the next three seasons?
Lambert has said no interest in Defour and I don't think Ravel has the experience he said we are looking for. If anyone it's Hoolahan.
Finally staff at Villa Park said the guests being shown around at the Arsenal game were Arabs.
In summary your post is complete Bull.

Agree13 Disagree5

Nice to see all your hard work is paying off kingvilla, Just been speaking to paul faulkner, it seems he is interested in making you head of public relations, well done son.

Agree7 Disagree4

I actually can't see us signing anyone else, randy is tight with the money these days.

Agree5 Disagree6

Not going to get a sniff of Hoolahan, his transfer request has been thrown out If Norwich do sell it won't be to Villa to much bad blood between clubs and if he is sold it will be more likely be for around £4mil

Agree5 Disagree4

4 million for a nearly 32 year old with only 18 months left on his contract?
I don't think so. The million and a half we have supposedly offered is too much really.
Clarrie Blue.

Agree9 Disagree2

Norwich are just messing us about because its PL, Norwich would have to be stupid to reject a close to 2m offer for a 31/32yo who is only warming the bench. They'll let him go

I'm surprised Lambert isn't going for Pilkington tho, younger, only 6 months left on his contract and probably better than Hoolahan.

>Scg87

Agree8 Disagree3

Im a big fan of Pilkington but I don't know where he would play as the wingers we use were all originally strikers with the exception of Albrighton, Pilkington just isn't clinical enough

Agree2 Disagree6

Well, do Norwich need the money? No I think not, Lambert up to his old tricks, have a read of the telegraph, Norwich will rather loan him to Birmingham city

Agree4 Disagree6

All prem league clubs need money as they most run up a debt. Hoolahan has stated he doesn't want to play for Norwich anymore so they r better off getting rid. If it was any other prem club offering the same money they would sell. Only reason they won't is cus its Lambert. Playground stuff really!

Agree7 Disagree2

Hoolihan would not go the the dark side of the city, even on a loan.
Norwich will concede if PL keeps the pressure on them providing the price is right.

Agree4 Disagree3

Go and take a look on the pinkun web site there you will see a topic with the heading Bad Blood between Clubs, It was written by a Norwich insider, he is Mick Dennis he's often on tv and sits with the directors home and away, read what he has written you will see Norwich will not sell to Villa and anyone else it will cost £3mil+

Agree2 Disagree3

Few bits of bull in this thread.

Norwich ARE debt free, and have been so for 12 months + - well documented in the press.

Norwich have also made it clear that Hoolahan is NOT for sale this season, and would not be released to any club that they are in competition with; Not just Villa, that is any of the bottom 10 clubs. - Why would you give an advantage to your opposition? be stupid to do so, especially for the £750k that has been offered. - It's all PL mind games, with Hoolahan the mug in the middle.
