The only keeper from Norwich coming to Villa is Steer and its gone to tribunal as he is under 21

Why would we want ruddy? We have guzan.

Why would ruddy come to villa? He wouldn't get a game, he's not good enough to get ahead of guzan and ruddy will want first team to keep up with a chance of getting in the England squad

So because Ross Turnbull allegedly said he thinks Ruddy is coming to Villa, that means it's true? Why would we sign him? Guzan is far better and the keepers we're apparently looking at as backup are far cheaper than what Ruddy would cost.

Especially if you see what Norwich supporters think he is worth! £12m+, they are so deluded!

Just as well supporters don't set the transfer fees then!

£12m is the value of their starting eleven!

And the funniest thing is they class Holt in the same league as Benteke - deluded!

All of the hilarious delusions spouted on our page by Norwich fans are going to sound hilarious in nine months or so. Personally i'm leaving them too it, if they come on this page i'll reply to them but I will not lower myself to their petty standards of going onto another teams page just be pathetic about a manager! Never had a problem with norwich until we got PL and they started trying to make an enemy of them. We know what we are so let's leave them to their dreams. Just remember, this is the ultimate high for them, and a massive low for us, we'll both be back where we belong in a few years

Norwich have put a 12million valuation on Ruddy for exactly the same reason you have put a 30million price tag on Benteke, to keep other teams away from our prized assets, the are both big parts of their teams.

Benteke is one of the best strikers in the game right now, ruddy isn't even the best keeper in east anglia. Plus I can't think of a keeper outside the top 5 that's worth £12m! Begovic and mignolet included, both are worth about £10m at most.

Given is better than Ruddy but doesn't mean we class him as a £12m goalie. Benteke is a class act & Ruddy is an average player.

If Given is better than Ruddy you would not be interested then?

Stephen Ireland has agreed a deal wit Hull city in the reigion of 3.5million.

If £3.5million is correct, the AVFC negotiation team deserve a % bonus of the fee. I bet under Bruce he'll be a class act again, well he can't be any worse than he was last season, can he?

There was A time when he was a really good prospect at MCFC, always seems to be his attitude and commitment that let's him down, there were reports that he never wanted to come to Villa, supposedly, he even lied about the death of his gran to get out of playing for Ireland. I wish I had half his talent I certainly wouldn't waste it like he has.
