What an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Just heard Learner has called an emergency meeting in New York TODAY! Discussing what can be spent during window and plans! UNBELIEVABLE 11th JANUARY! Should have done this early December at latest! Look no further for blame! They are a disgrace and can't really care about our great club! Boo the Board get them out!

Emergency meeting? remi said the meeting was planned over a week ago. and how can they speak to players in december? They probably found out which players they want to sign and putting it to Learner.

Do we really believe that Scrooge will allow Garde et al to spend his money?
Lerner has ignored the situation for far too long. He shafted Lambert, he put Sherwood in place with players selected with the use of statistics in a different league.
Now he has an unproven manager in the prem, in English football and very little pedigree.
Fund the manager?
I am desperate for him to do so but history guests he will continue to fiddle while AVFC burns.

Scrooge made his millions being tight so he won't change. I say let's give Garde the support he deserves, at least he was brave enough to take on the poisoned chalice, and pray that some kind sole relieves us of Learner and his monkeys.

He is going to lose a lot more if this club goes down. No oil rich Arab or dodgy russian wants a championship side. Reckon he has to spend in a desperate attempt to keep club up so he can get rid.
