We do not need Derek Boeteng, we have plenty of capable central midfielders. What we need is another centre back and a striker

I disagree perhaps some more experience is needed at the back but we are most in need of creativity. An attacking midfielder or wide player that can unlock defences

I think we need a good DM midfield battler, a ball winner, who likes the physical side of the game who likes to tackle, which we don't have at the moment, tackling is not Irelands bannan an Westwoods strongest attributes which I think has been a big problem for us this season, an if we had a good DM then it would let westwood bannan an Ireland to concentrate on creating chances rather than defending Whether or not

Now that ba isnt signing a new contract we have been linked with a swap deal. Bba for Bent an 5milll for us

The only thing I will say about this proposed swap deal which has come from nowhere.

Ba has scored 5x as many goals as bent this season all be it bent has been missing how many games and is now injured again. If we could get a straight swap I would be happy.

As for the wages if we climb up the table they would only be an issue amongst the team as the difference would be quite large compared to say benteke or westwood.

We have no problem with wages randy Lerner has over 600milion just sitting there, but if we do pay ba 60,000-80,000 a week other players will want higher wages

We don't have a problem with wages?up until 6months ago 90percent of our revenue was going to wages which is the second highest in the prem. Not sure what it is now (probably decreased now) but we still have bent on £80k aweek Ireland £70k aweek dunne £40k aweek Given £50k aweek an none of them are playing or rarely play. We won't be paying more than £40k aweek for any player we sign in the future, maybe for 2 more seasons.

RL is not gunna use any of the money he got for the browns to invest in AV. That money doesn't belong to him alone, it belongs to his family
