Following on from John Terry. Joe Hart on his way to Villa Park?

Irish villain

1.) 04 Jul 2017 21:12:11
Can't see this one! Although would love it!

2.) 04 Jul 2017 21:55:14
Loan move. Never say never.

3.) 05 Jul 2017 16:50:19
Never.

Steve Bruce has round of golf with John Terry on holiday.

And the papers start the rumour that he is signing. What a load of horlicks lol.

Irish villain

1.) 10 Jun 2017 22:02:10
Couldn't afford his wages!

2.) 11 Jun 2017 17:53:05
Wouldn, t it just be brilliant though! Then i woke up and had my cornflakes.

3.) 12 Jun 2017 17:55:27
Anything is possible, not probable.
Deadly went to Majorca and had a few drinks with the mercurial french man while on holiday and low and behold we signed a french pensioner named Ginola.
Bruce plays golf with Terry and the media jump on the story.
There have been rumours for several weeks about Terry and Villa, however, u less he wants a challenge we have no opportunity of signing this pensioner even though he is what we need in the middle of the back line.
As.

4.) 13 Jun 2017 14:43:32
Terry is not a spring chicken anymore but he would be a massive signing for villa to get us back up.
He is a real leader on and off the pitch and the young players would benefit greatly from him,

5.) 13 Jun 2017 21:06:21
What started as a laugh at how the media jump at the slightest story now seems a real possibility.

He would be inspiration at the back commanding the defence in front of Johnstone.

Probably still a dream though.

6.) 15 Jun 2017 10:40:48
BBC WebSite this morning reporting that Redknapp has made a firm offer to Terry stating ' we would love him in Birmingham'. Yes we would, but not playing for Small Heath Alliance .

7.) 18 Jun 2017 12:43:32
Redknapp is in cloud cuckoo land, probably been talking to his dog again.

Agbonlahor man of the match? Seriously? What parallel universe have we gone to lol

On serious note what are peoples thoughts on keeping him?

Irish villain

1.) 23 Jul 2017 22:22:12
I have always said Agbonlahor is dead wood, should not be even on the bench and that includes a park bench.

Good to see Flackie that villa getting a good Irish man in Whelan to run the midfield with hourihane.

Bring in Walters now and there might just be enough irish men to get the team back to the promised land.

Flackie just one mention of potatoes and me and me leprechaun mates will catch the ferry over and find ya lol.

Irish villain

1.) 07 Jul 2017 07:14:20
Lol! Jesus, kept your jacket on. you have a real chip on your shoulder sometimes.

2.) 07 Jul 2017 08:45:02
Chip? Chip? Right Irish ferries tickets booked Flackie. The green army are coming lol.

3.) 07 Jul 2017 09:14:53
You won't cope! The suns out! You'll burn!

4.) 07 Jul 2017 10:06:04
Good to see the humour coming out irish villan and flackie lol we always done well in the past with irish players.

5.) 07 Jul 2017 12:15:53
What we need is another McGrath. Irish Villain - pop down to your nearest bar and, if you find anyone who has been in there for at least the last 3 days without leaving, sign them up!

6.) 07 Jul 2017 18:32:53
3 days? Jesus why would you sign a novice like that? That fella is practically a tea totaller lol.

Best laugh is when the local Garda (police man for you heathens in britland flackie lol) come in at last orders. Takes off his hat. Puts on a civi jumper. Has a few scoops with us lads and then waits outside to breath test us lol.

I love this country ;-)

7.) 07 Jul 2017 18:35:20
MD. Which pub? My local village has twelve pubs. And a potato shop. Tis very important as we often congregate around the potato shop discussing important issues about potatoes.

8.) 07 Jul 2017 18:37:33
Good old fashioned policing!

Isn't vodka made from potatoes?

Aston villa sign Barcelona youth prodigy. Anyone else experiencing deja vu?

Irish villain

1.) 17 Jun 2017 10:50:09
Didn't you say that before?

2.) 17 Jun 2017 11:17:52
Agree 100%
Not another world beater!
We should concentrate on players going in the first 11 first to get us back up.
Not players who will not get a chance anytime soon.
This super kid we got from Bury is another who will not stick around long if not being used at all.

3.) 17 Jun 2017 11:27:47
Can't wait!

4.) 17 Jun 2017 19:08:03
Very good flack lol.

5.) 18 Jun 2017 11:20:57
We need to look long term as well as short term, no harm in getting youth players in as well as getting short term fixes in, whelan and this Barcelona youth player tick both boxes, look at the bigger picture lads, yes we need to get back up but we also need to stay there once we get there too.

Stuart Downing, Gareth Barry and Peter Crouch on the way back to villa park? All greats in their day.

If we are going for greats let's sort the goal keeper problem and bring back Nigel Spink. :-D.

Whichever editor put my post up at 8.40am on a Sunday morning must have young kids lol.

{Ed001's Note - or doesn't live in the UK mate. It is nearly midday here.}

One of the big regrets for me last season was not giving petrov a contract. Even pay as you play. What he would have brought to the team, dressing room and fans may have been worth and extra 15 points.

Your thoughts would be appreciated gentlemen. And yours too Flackie ;-b.

Irish villain

1.) 25 May 2017 22:36:35
What a great post, clever, thoughtful and articulate. Hard to think that it came from Irish! 😳

I agree, wouldn't of got many minutes, but would of been a great galvanising gesture, a great mascot.

2.) 26 May 2017 06:59:17
Oh you'd be surprised Flackie. If I used all my fingers and toes I can count all the way to 20.

I'm very proud of that. And then there's that masters degree I have :-)

Guessing you are proud of those gcse's ;-b.

3.) 26 May 2017 08:37:16
lol! Immensely! Both of them! 😜.

4.) 26 May 2017 09:36:08
Two? Why aren't you running the country so.

5.) 26 May 2017 11:01:16
lol over qualified.

What about crouch? Him with either kodija or hogan playing off him.

Thoughts.

I watched baker play against Norwich last season and the guy has heart. He threw his body in front of everything. He even put his face in places I wouldn't stick yours Flackie ;-)

Shame he's gone.

Just imagine. He has a good spell in the 2018-2019 season and a newly promoted aston villa snap him up. Seeing him put on the claret and blue and run out on to the sacred turf for the first time would be the second best moment of your life Flackie.

I hear you mate. On a positive though I'd rather my little fella was playing for acrington Stanley than the barcode baggies my friend. He will spend a couple of seasons at Nuneaton, get spotted and then he can stick it to the baggies hard and fast :-)
