I admit that I was swept up by the initial TS feel good factor last season. I have just more than a sneaking suspicion that he is losing/ lost the dressing room and does not know what to do to get us out of the mess we are in. I am certain he will go after the Swansea game. Being linked with a manger such a David Moyes is too good to pass on. He has a proven track record, with 13 years experience in top flight, and far less risky than TS, even if he comes in and stabilizes the situation to get us up to a solid 14th /15th by new year would be a huge u- turn in fortune. If Lerner leaves it any longer we will be bottom of the table by Christmas with about 13 points in the bag if we are lucky. so a dead certainty to be relegated this time.

Yes, I agree, we are not being treated to a very high standard of exciting football, Steve Bruce just does not give this.
But we all tend to have short memories, remember McLeish, DiMatteo, Garde, we were good at loosing and forgot how to win, SB has stabilized the team, however, I don't think he will last long if he has a string of poor results.
Nteresting stat for you: If Villa win on Saturday, Bruce will have the highest win ratio to date of any Villa manager in our history albeit over 93 competitive games.

Yes, things have gone very quite, probably much to the annoyance of the Birmingham mail, so they are bound to keep stirring things up.
There will be a flurry of activity late July just before start of the new season.
Whatever happens next season will be a roller-coaster and will certainly give us a lot of entertainment. As long as we all get behind the team like we did last season, that can only help the team. But I fear we will end up spending another season in the Championship.
I think the EFL and FA need to step in and ensure they strengthen and get some teeth behind the 'Fit and proper owners test', for future ESL takeovers.

Yes, I also agree, but Mr Hutton has had his not so great moments with us over the past few season's, but he really stepped up when it mattered, last season especially so.

It appears to be feeding frenzy within some sections of the media, especially the Birmingham Mail, publishing ridiculous stories, such as the one of the banner draped on the balcony of the rear of the Holte end, apparently by Albion fans.
Things are looking a bit tricky, and could easily deteriorate by next month, but no point losing your head and losing your bottle. Villa is a unique club in many ways. Just remember how long we have been around, survived the Boar war years, WW1, Depression, WW11, the Division 3 years etc. Bruce is the best bet, need to keep him at the club if possible, I am sure he won’t bail unless he is either told there is no money, or asked to leave.
No matter what happens I will still give our great old club 100% support. UTV.
