Lets hope things are looking up, at last we are not playing with 10 men, its only taken deano a third of the season to see things that the rest of have seen all season regarding the left back.

Where do we go from here? Stick with Smith and Co. Or make a change now.
Personally I'd stick with him. Another change now will not get us into playoffs, that's gone now.
Give him and the owners the summer to completely re-build (and it will take a massive re-build) .
But we must be in the top 6 after 6 games otherwise we're playing catch up again and we will fall short again.
