Being short of football action, I watched Barnsley v Luton . A name to watch out for, Liam Lindsay, Barnsley No 6 . Left sided CH, tall athletic and great on the ball . Riminded me of in style of Maguire . Good in the air and likes to play the out of the back . At 21, the kid is certainly one to watch .

Dave, we have had Barnsley's best in the past, being brutally honest neither Bree or Houriane are good enough. Tuanzebe is in the same mould as the guy you mention and I hope Dean Smith brings out the best in him.

Personally, I think you may be mistaken with Bree . On the few opportunities he’s had, he’s never let us down . he's another one, who’s played RB, LB, CH, & midfield, but never let us down in any of them . How old is he about 20? The kid has played well at RB and looked good at CH, I certainly think he’s one that deserves a chance .
Hourihane has had his patches, he’s another one in out shakeitall about . When you look at his assists and goals he’s scored, playing in an unsettled side, he haven’t do bad .

I agree with cafu on Bree. I think people have rose tinted spectacles because if his age but every time I've seen him in his natural position he constantly passes to the opposition, runs into blind alleys and is out of position defensively. The West Ham match pre-season was the prime example.
Centre back he has been ok for someone who isn't a centre back but the lack of experience shows at times and can't be relied on every week.

I agree with Dave, I think Bree has a lot more in him, and given the chance in the right set up, I think he would become a very good player.
Hourihane needs the shackles taken off and allowed to play more freely, the new regime could be just what he needs.
