Hutton just gives so much effort all the time.

Brynner that's a good question mate, especially after Saturday.
I do like Hutton with his commitment and passion.
But I would have to go with Taylor, mainly because of age and long term prospects.

Hutton for me, I'm staggered how much he has turned my opinion through sheer determination. If I were picking my best team for a one off game he's one of the first names for me at the moment. I don't think we concede that goal on Saturday with him in the team and I believe that adomah plays with more freedom in front of him.
Villadave, you say Taylor's age goes for him, but he is 29 so not too far behind Hutton.
On performances this season, if/ when we go up, he deserves another year.

I agree he deserves another year contract, and I see what your saying, you may well be right, Hutton has been great.
The age thing is 4 and a half years difference, Hutton will be 34 come November, Taylor was 29 last month.

Two years ago most fans were ripping Hutton to shreds, how times change.
If we go up I have a feeling He would be found wanting somewhat in the prem, especially as left back is not his true position.
Just another reason I went for Taylor.

Hutton everyday for me, desire, and passion we all know about. but he is better on the ball than Taylor. A few times on sat he sailed very close to the wind.
Also. Taylor still loses his head, and flys into certain challenges that make me cringe. Was lucky that he wasn’t shown a red against wolves.

slightly off the original point but in Hutton's favour is that he could play left or right - which prompts another question -
Elmo or Hutton?
