Does anyone no why villa seem to be loaning out players instead of selling. Obviously closer they our to end of contract the less we will get for them . Also what is micheal richards upto on thousands a week?

No one wants them or no one will match their wages so players don’t want to go. As much as people would have you believe Richards is on 100k, he’s probably between 30-50k, which is ridiculous for a championship player and even more ridiculous when you consider he doesn’t actually play. Most players bar him and gabby had relegation clauses in their contracts that halved their wages, probably the reason why they are still here and the likes of Lescott left. Judging by comments made from previous managers, Bruce and the board most the squad is on around 30k a week, McCormack, Terry, maybe Kodjia and probably Snodgrass are on about 50k.

Sounds about right just annoying as we have a spending ban and cannot off load anyone . Panick buying comes at a cost .

Let's be honest who wants the likes of gabby and Richards on there wages?
Villa have wasted millions every year on poor players and now we are stuck with them until there contracts run out,
