A hypothetical... it looks like Daniel Sturridge is off in the summer, if we go up, should we go for him? Kodjia & him up front in the Prem would be great, he's a Villa lad too, & going into dreamland territory, if he's getting pelters from Klopp, maybe a cheeky bid for on loan rest of season with a view to buy would be attractive all round? It's out there but no harm in trying. The argument against would be injuries but that season he had with Suarez in a 2 when fit would trump that.

I'm sure he wasn't born in Birmingham aswell, would be a good signing if we played him down the middle, they'd want some dosh tho to be fair.

If we go up, thinking Dr Tony would throw £100M+ on the squad, we seem to have bought this window players that would cut it in the Prem too, that £100M could go on real quality, a GK, No9, and CB, as for Sturridge, I wouldn't see him being targeted by any of the clubs that are arguably bigger than L'pool, that just leaves the mid table teams that we would class ourselves being till we gain a bit of success, remember how ambitious our chairman is, anything's possible

Sturridge?
Not for me to injury prone.
As for fans saying he is a villa fan?
Lescott was one of them as well,
Leave well alone,

I wouldn't be keen on Sturridge . he is to similar to Ayew. Very skilful but also greedy as hell.

Gabby and Collymore and Lescott all Villa to the bone all ended up lazy.
