Theres no loyalty in football now it does my head in big clubs nicking all best young talent an signing there best players like wot we've done in the past an maybe this season how are we post to get a good team if we keep on selling are best players it f. s me off villas had half an england team an we sold em all imagine where we would be if young downing cahil barry milner were all still at villa some how we got to keep r best players an build then we can evolve again hopefully with newowners they will have my ambition an every other villa fans to build a team an keep your star players an build round them

Not necessarily so job security would have to be considered, what roll you would have in your new job, location, how comfortable you are in your current job etc. So it's not always just about the money. !
