Danny Mills claiming Phillips is better than Mcginn and would replace rather than join him in the middle 3. He may cost us more but I disagree that he is better, Mcginn dropped off a little at the end of the season but there were games without Jack where it almost looked like Mcginn was the only player on the pitch he controlled them so much. I was surprised not to see him in the TOTS.

Danny Mills knows jack sh.
There would be room for both McGinn and Phillips if we sign him.
I would play McGinn in a more advanced roll, where I think he does more damage anyway.
Problem solved.
I just wish these so called experts would shut up, I think Ronaldo is a better all round player than Messi, others would disagree.

Phillips as the number 6 guarding the back four and starting attacks, Mcginn as the number 8 box to box midfielder and grealish as the number 10 who plays more advanced, simple really, Danny Mills is just another pundit who hasn’t got a clue and is only in the role because their a former player. Maybe I have OCD but would love it if the players shirt numbers actually represented their positions next season, the formation we play now suits the tradition squad numbers perfectly.
