According to some tabloids tday Delph is close to man city move, this would be the biggest blow of all this summer, and proof there really is no loyalty any more

I've just spoken to my Citeh mate, travels everywhere with them, has some limited insider info. He says that Delph has been told he'd only be a squad player, to expect the same sort of game time as Milner thereby risking his England Euro place- just about the money!
My mate says that Delph did us a favour signing up at Xmas or he'd be gone for nothing!

I actually met Delph last week in a Prezzo Restaurant in Leeds. He was with his wife and kids and mum. I thanked him for signing last year and he was non committal about any move away. I did wonder why he was not on his holidays and Leeds is only 50 miles from Manchester - but he from Bradford originally so could just have been a family visit. Hope we don't lose him.

May be blind faith but I honestly don't think Delph is stupid enough to be lured by money and rot at City. He seems like he's got his head screwed on and will do the right thing for his career but we'll see

Hope Sinclair tells him how stupid moving to be a squad player at City is.

Hate to say it but i think he will be gone in 24 hours. Numerous reports that he has agreed a pre contracy deak for £100,000 pw. Hope its wrong but got a feeling he will take the money and run. shows the state of football if he is happy to be a squad player and that's all he will be. Gutted.

So be it if it happens at least we will get some money towards new signings where as if hadn't signed we would have had nought, every cloud has a silver lining and all that
