I work within the club and I can tell you for a FACT that Mcleish will not be here next season. The club,at this moment in time have detailed plans to renew the management and playing staff. He still has half of his contract to go but the board are prepared to terminate his term. The club will be making an official statement at the end of the season.

Easy isn't it ! And I can spell too

Believable11 Unbelievable6

Is this another twisted blue nose or havethe baggies joined in now.
Everybody knows some one who works at the club whether the tea lady ,kit man,or next-doors cousin is on school boy terms
Only learner,Faulkner know what is going on.
Aston villa is a multi million pound business.
The season ticket sales from 24000 to the supposed 4000 renewals to date won't matter this money doesn't pay 2 senior players wages
It is the SKY money that counts.Learner and Faulkner are business men .do you think they will jeopardize this money again next season if we manage to stay up .I don't think they will
Mcliesh will walk if not pushed .he looks beat and clueless and has backed down already by not using the technical area at the baggies.
The gig was too big for him and Grant
They will go.I think Faulkner will have a lot to answer for and he may depart or move sidewards
Let's get a point at norwich with the other results hopefully going our way. let's take this as a lesson learnt.
PS come on blackpool

Agree8 Disagree1

Talking total sense although McClown is to blame Faulkner has to share some of it, clearly the first guy is a blue nose he is boasting about being able to spell.... the only real news villa fans can trust is that we are scouting the french league but thats about it

Agree3 Disagree0

I am glad you agree.
blue noses are loving it.rumor has it that they will lose chris houghton to albion .he was my first choice last season before mcliesh.would Randy dare do it again.I think he would get the backing of the fans for houghton.I have said from day one it is not the fact they come from blues it was the s**te football and there CV,s were awful. more ups and downs between them that the big dipper
on that note COME ON BLACKPOOL

Agree0 Disagree3

I think saying the club is only interested in Sky money is ridiculous, if that was the case they would give seats away at games. 20,000 lost customers is an almighty figure for any company to lose. Clubs make money on sponsorship deals if nobody is there to advertise to then the sponsorship advertising money goes down. Also if nobody is willing to buy merchandise then the multi million pound deal signed with Macron means sweet FA. The board have lost sight that they need to keep the fans happy first before they go around licking corporate arse, if we dont buy into the club and its ideals then they dont have a product to sell to all there corporate mates.

Agree1 Disagree0

Correct

Agree0 Disagree0

SKY makes the product
SKY sells the product
i am villa though and though but apart from man city, man united ,chelsea how many clubs could survive with out sky money.the sponsership money whilst very handy ,combined with merchandise, and pies would not cover half the wage bill
Sky though TV rights runs the game.look at the FA cup final.TV money dictates the kick off time.clever though just to get prime time tv and advertising time 50,000 liverpool fans will not be able to get home after the game

Agree1 Disagree0

This 4,000 number for ST renewals is nonsense anyhow. Renewals are round that number already with a month to go until the deadline. I don't know a single ST holder who hasn't renewed or who isn't planning to do so. Once we're safe, regardless of the managerial situation, the STs will be renewed, despite what some are saying.

Agree2 Disagree2

So go on then fill us in,How many S/Ts have you sold or expect to sell, How many club members do you have and How many fans do you have on your S/T waiting list, if sutch a list were to be found that is, You talk about getting Paul Lambert to Villa well pin your ears back, PL is Mr Norwich he built what we have, what he wants he gets, 22'000 S/Ts already sold out, 1.800 on waiting list, 10,000 ordinary club members 8000 super members, we could fill a stadium of 50.000 with just Norwich fans, It is evident that most of your fans are nothing more than Glory Hunters and only attend when nthings are going well for you, I am old enough to remember when you went down to the 3rd division in the late 60's Villa park was like a grave on match days, much the same as todays crowds, yet when we went down we were still getting 25.000+, last season it was 26000 even when we are on sky, the stadium is still full to the rafters, in short we may not be the biggest club but the fans are the most loyal the club is expanding the stadium but we are doing it a couple of thousand seats at a time, not like the likes of you and Wolves. the fans at Norwich appreciate what we have and we support the club through thick and thin and turn up in all weathers and don't stay at home when Murdock sends in his Camera's, Like I said who would want to leave that to go to a club like you

Agree1 Disagree0

You numpty! when villa were in the third division we were gettin g record crowds of 48000.

You can't even spell! go away blue nose!

Agree4 Disagree0

You work within the club yet spell McLeish's name wrong, absolute codswallop.

Agree4 Disagree1

That is 25 ST renewals they have lost, that i know of 100%

Agree2 Disagree0

Mcleish is gonna resign he's family were at the Bolton game and they was on the end of some viscous abuse from fans and obviousley Mcleish was and in a press conference they asked him if he's future is at the club and he said im getting the games out the way im not thinking of my future if he was staying he would of said im staying no questions asked but he never expect him to resign the day after the Norwich game

Agree2 Disagree3

AM is a good manager, the problem is the owner who is worse than Ellis!!

Agree1 Disagree5

Just because a person has a little problem like spelling, don't give anyone the right to call them names, Look Harry Rednapp, he is, in his own words Thick, he can't write, but look what he's doing for a living, It might come as a shock to you Shakespear couldn't spell either, he always dictated his work and had it read and proofed by the publishing company.

In other words think before you speak

Agree1 Disagree1

What you need to do is get rid of Grant look as his record, West ham down Norwich suffered with him Birmingham down, Get Worthington in to work on the coaching.
