Don't think we will move for a manager until Chelsea sort out Di Matteo and Liverpool get their target.
If Chelsea don't appoint RDM then i think he will be offered the job but knowing villa he probably won't.
So we will probably be waiting till after the euros to appoint a manager and then be behind on transfers and ended up picking from the bottom of the barrel (ie heskey)
Still im more optimistic for next season as if we dont get enough players in then it means the youngster have to play more and that can only be a good thing.

A lot of money has been placed on Robin Dutt to succeed Mcleish, I can confidently say he along with Gus Poyet are Villa's preferred appointments, Roberto Di Matteo is also high on Villa's wanted list, obviously things will become clearer when his situation is sorted, expect to see 1 of them 3 appointed as early as Thursday this week.
