Just read on the METRO that PL has enquired about Leigh Griffits from Wolves! Hoping this isn't true
{Ed007's Note - I'm a Celtic supporter AC and we have been linked with Griffiths for a while but the rumour has gathered pace the last week or so. I would be delighted if anyone besides Celtic signs him! As far as I know Griffiths is desperate for a move back to Scotland but Celtic haven't even enquired about him and Hibs can't afford him. He rarely trains with Wolves and spends most of his time up in Edinburgh and trains with Hibs.
Why would we be interested in him, CD and AM urgently needed, Lescott and Defour please UTV.
What a good window that would be then fingers XXXX

Ed -like most AV fans I desperatly want him to stay as far north from birmingham as possible - dingle town is to close!

I've seen Griff play a few times this season and I think he could do well in the PL. Ed what is it about him that everyone dislikes? Attitude?

Ed, can you not expand on that? I, ve seen him and he has abit of pace, good movement and a fine turn and shot. To say he is ugly is a shocking reason not to rate him.

{Ed007's Note - He's an idiot off the park mate, maybe it only came out up here but if you Google him it's all there. I thought it was all common knowledge that's why I just jokingly brought up his looks, it was a bit tongue in cheek. I really don't rate him as a player though, fair enough he will do a job for lower league teams in England and teams like Hibs up here but for a team looking to move up the EPL (Villa) and a team playing in the CL (Celtic) he is nowhere near the level they need.}

I just had a read on the guy, he nutted his manager and assistant manager at hibs, makes Roy Keane look like a pussy cat
