ed who do you think we will actually sign in the summer? {Ed001's Note - no idea, it is only March! Villa, like most clubs, are busy scouting, very few moves have been made. Matty Phillips is one the club have looked at very closely and Tom Ince, also of Blackpool. Clyne of Palace and McLeary(sp?) of Forest have also been looked at very closely. There has also been another Forest youngster, I think it is Chambers but can't remember off the top of my head, that has been watched. That is all I can think of right now. That is not a comprehensive list, just the ones in the Championship that have been looked at in the last few weeks. The full list of scouted players will be huge and only get whittled down after the season, when the club makes its moves.}

get a championship sort of player (even though we bought him off watford when they just left EPL)
matty phillips & tom ince look good and so does Clyne.
i can't say i like the others really. {Ed001's Note - no, they are just some of the players I know you have scouted, there are scouts all over Europe doing the same and teams near the bottom of the Prem get watched too. Those are for the next Young-type signing, when the season is over, the 3 that go down will have a fight on their hands to keep players.}
If Wolves go down which I hope they do, expect Villa to pounce for Matt Jarvis who is underrated and is always a consistent performer and can provide the type of service bent expects
