Jean-Claude Darcheville is supposedly joining the villa coaching staff, some part of the foreign youth setup - hopefully an indication we'll be scouting the french, belgium etc leagues more.

Douglas Teixeira and Danny Guthrie are Mcleish's two top targets apparently, also the Australian fella has pre-signed a contract.
The way we look and play at the moment, the only Brazilian we will get at V Park is the wax type!

Former Manchester City leftback Javier Garrido is rumored to be a replacement for Stephen Warnock, who is wanted by Sunderland.
Garrido is good friends with Stephen Ireland, not a bad player, maybe it's a ploy to keep Ireland happy at villa park as he was rumored to be trying for a move.
You wouldn't sign a player on 20k+ a week just to keep another player happy

2 senior players from French outfit SM Caen are supposedly having a trial with Villa, most likely one is defender Thomas Heurtaux who was linked with a move to England last season.
Think Heurtaux might be heading to Spain? I remember seeing him linked to us and Blackpool last season, wouldn't be surprised if the other player on trial is M'Baye Niang as he's been linked for a while now, exciting player apparently.
M'Baye Niang is a class youngster and would be a great talent for us to develop. He could be the new french 'Drogba' if he develops right
