hi people like i said before i got it on good authority that garde will not be our manager at the end of the season there will be a clear out all over at the top. I go home and away and iam starting to see our fans come together again alan hutton loves the club even thrown he's top after the stoke game to the fans where every1 else walked off. What iam trying to say is i don't always agree with flackie but let's not argue he just offers another side to a arguement we are all villa and want the same thing but it needs a clear out from top to bottom fans players let's stand united even if we don't always agree because the one fing we all got is we want the best for ASTON VILLA!

Garde not being there at the end of season isn't really rocket science, shafted by the club after promises, like Sherwood his life has been sucked out of him by the players, Lerner and everyone associated running club has screwed us for years and majority players pick up easy pay check every week for f*** all work, I wish we could invent time travel, I would fast forward to end of season because it hurts sooo bad, thank god I had to work and not get to go tonight, what I watched in first 30 minutes OMG feel like crying, all our managers since MON have not stood a chance, and mistakes have been made aswell, Tim lost his belief, Garde has lost his belief, you can see it in them 10 games of pure pain to go, way we are going could be lower tier of football in next 3 yrs. No matter what VTID but can't wait to end this nightmare this season ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.

Also if 7000 Liverpool fans can walk out in protest at the hike in ticket prices and make most major news outlets and change there billionaires owners then I say we all boycott the next VP home game, empty stadium, Lerner loses match day takings, players do they really deserve an audience let's be honest I can only pick about 2/ 3 players all season have tried, will also attract bad publicity to the owners, runners of club and it shows once and for all We have had enough of being the laughing stock probably of world football, I agree all Fans stay united but UNITED in protest, what do you all say to that?

Look, although I do find the insults and digs quite entertaining, I don't totally disagree!
My point that I am trying to say is, I genuinely do think that garde is a good guy, an intelligent man, and his record in France proved a good coach/manager.
I think he is a man of his word, and could of walked away from this after January, as was obviously sold the job on false promises.
However... Is he the man to save villa? Probably not! Do I think it is owed to him to try, yes.
If he was able to create his own team, would we be better? Can we be worse? And is it not right for him to be given the opportunity?
As let's be honest, these players are not his, lambert and Del Boys.
But.. The argument that I have is the constant negativity, barraging and blind attacking the management structure on this site.
We are not there because of garde.
Then when things don't get better, we get the I told you so brigade, and that annoys the crap out of me!
Don't agree with me? Fine!
Think I'm full of siht? Great!
But you won't change my opinion, feelings or belief!
I don't work for villa, I have paid to follow and support this club for over 30 years, and feel, as we all do, that I have my right to give my opinion!
Any way, I am passionate, and very opinionated, and if this spills over and I have upset, and insulted any body, I do apologise, and offer an olive branch!

Agree flackie. I would like to see what garde can do if he's allowed to build a team. But there lies the problem!
How many times if ever have you seen a club bring in a new manager into a then relegation threatened position and not spend a penny?
Then look at the summer signings fiasco. we signed the has been Klingon for what £2mil and crespo for £1.5mil both of whom have been s***, west brom used that money to spend £6mil on Jonny Evans! Yes I'm biased because I'm from ni but surely someone if they gave a s*** about our club and what league they wanted us in would have realised that a further £2.5mil would have bought a half decent defender?

For me the main problem is Lerner has been miss guided by non football men and has been gullible to have it happen Lerner yes is partly to blame but so is fox and the transfer committee too who should all loose jobs Lerner needs to get football people in to help him and put funds up or what I and most would like is that he sells up.

Lerner is the cause of the problems. Look at what he done to the Cleveland Browns! He employs the people to run the club and make those decisions for him and agin has screwed up big style.
