A newspaper is reporting that AVFC are hopeful of signing Ki tomorrow before leaving for USA. Oldvillan

Believable12 Unbelievable15

Do you think there's any truth in it as you're a poster I have a lot of time for and I believe you don't make stuff up.

Agree3 Disagree8

This is in no papers today. Well the ones I've seen anyway. Care to share the link?

The times

Ki and Darder in. Giancarlo Gonzalez possible.
Hutton, Vlaar and maybe remotely Benteke to leave. Though Benteke very unlikely to leave.
Still no sign of a takeover

Agree2 Disagree5

There's no sign of a takeover as we are a private company, so you don't need to know if a takeover is close or not, it will be done when it's done!!!

Agree10 Disagree2

Unless, of course, one knows. dime bar.
To repeat: no sign of an imminent takeover

Agree4 Disagree6

Didn't know you knew all that's going on at villa, as pretty sure only one who does is Lerner, no one else, he doesn't need to say anything we are not a public company anymore

Agree4 Disagree4

If more than two people know a secret, its not a secret is it lerner will tell us when its done.

Apparently Aston Villa's RK wants to bring Niang from AC Millan on a 1 year loan deal promising his parent club more game time for the player, Zaha & Smalling to be purchased in a cut price deal maybe involving Vlaar going the other way {hope not our star Concrete Vlaar missed a pen but still a star}.

Lerner to release actual funds for a CAM previously linked with the club

Believable2 Unbelievable19

I have looked all over and found nothing at all to substantiate the above post.

What does it matter if villa Dave can't find anything to back it up.

Agree13 Disagree8

It does not matter at all mate, who ever you are!
Just making a point that I have not seen anything in the papers, if that's ok with you.

Two posters seem to agree.

Agree6 Disagree15

No idea whether this is true/likely. My concern would be, if it is true why is Keane choosing the players? (Unless I am misinterpreting what "RK" means?)

Andy

Agree1 Disagree7

Keane isn't picking the potential new buys, he simply adds an opinion or recommends a player as any assistant manager does.
