Tottenham midfielder Tom Carroll will join Aston Villa on a season long loan next season. Carroll has impressed under Andre Villas-Boas but feels he needs more first team football.
Villa boss Lambert feels Carroll adds youth but European experience after he featured in the Europa League with Spurs.
