After relegation confidence is low so just win a game again will do them no harm also to win by such a good margin also helps confidence. Last thing we need is playing Inter Milan and getting beat we need to build confidence up!

Imagine him on the left wing with amavi able to bomb past him, he'd also have a decent understanding how to fill the void to let amavi attack as well as a decent left peg to put balls on rudys head. RDM read this!

Give the guy a chance, you can put him in the same box as Westwood, some people are never going to take to him because Lamberk bought him, with a bit of coaching, could be a hell of a lot better than what we've seen of him so far, and a good shout playing him further forward

Lambert bought him as a wingback but he struggled and was blasted by all and sundry.
What is being suggested was what was intended.
However in a poor collection of players he was selected by certain sections of the crowd for critical comment.
The guy got a selection for under 21? And should have moved upwards before he came to us.
As with so many players, the malaise at VP got to him and he shipped out.
Possibly now with more experience he is Developing into what
Lambert saw in him.

Anybody else have problems with AVTV, season after season . Surely a better way of doing it . you have to wait for new code to come with season ticket . This means anything in pre season, you can't get on to see . typical of villa organisation . let's hope they get it better sorted for all these, fans they want in China . If they sort it and get the pricing right, it would be a great way of fans following the Villa. Onward& upward Villa forever.

Apologies if I appear to be p1scing on your chips but there appear to be a few holes in your squad selection. Richards will never play rb for us that is partly the reason for our awful defence last season. As for the other 10 starters I would very much doubt if Westwood Gana Traore or Ayew will be at VP next season, if the agents keep touting them around as they currently are. Similarly the bench at least Sinclair and Veretout will be offloaded and Okore has to be better than Mr Own Goal?
Apart from these points you are pretty much spot on Dan I reckon.

If Richards really won't play rb then he needs sacking am making a example of because it's disgusting getting paid all that money an if your captain you play where you are picked. I think elphick will be captain next year seems a decent lad. I was only making my selections on the players on the books now an as far as I'm aware all players I selected are at the club as we speak. As for Westwood I think he will be a decent champ holding mid he won't give ball away.

Totally agree avfc Dan, I can see Clark being on the bench and okore starting, rdm wanted him at Chelsea so I can see him getting the nod, we don't need to sell and all players have a decent length contract left as far as I'm aware. One or two more players and we can look forward to winning games and sitting pretty near the top.

Avfcdan - take out Richards who is poor, Clark, Westwood, Gana, and Ayew then replace them is what we should be looking at. I like Ayew but unfortunately he will most probably Leave and the rest can go! Okore will fill the defence, The young lad from Redding "Tishbola the midfield, but then we need å good partner for him, two strikers and still two defenders. Mcormack is a good shout.

Im shocked at the squad that's gone to austria its the same as last year i'd have left all the trouble makers out the squad an replace with young players from our set up . while i still think we will go up there's something telling me its going to b same as it always is do sweet fa an be at bottom our dressing room is a mess rdm needs to sort it out fast or we going to sink further down the leagues an no one wants that's . if it was me i'd have told gabby richards klingon bacuna okore guzan not to bother turning up for preseason or vpark because they have no futures at the club but that's me personally .
