Should he take a longer look at Kozak before moving him onto Celtic?
We have let quite a few players slip away in the past through not rating them only to get a smack in the nuts when they come back to VP in different colours.

I go along with you Mendax.
However Lerner is a supporter of performance related pay and we did get rid of a lot of players who we believed were the high paid bunch.
Hutton was frozen out, not necessarily by PL, but is now playing as we don't have a replacement.
There could be an element of truth but I don't want to believe it to be true .

Don't know the truth in it but some one put:
Kozak isn't playing because of his contract structure he is on £35,000 a week, but with win bonus, goal bonus, and appearance bonus can earn up to £65,000 a week, and if scored a hat-trick he could earn another £25,000, so potentially earn himself £90,000 a match, that's why he isn't playing.

I just heard it from someone on a different post, unfortunately I can't find it again, it was more then double his wages, it might be bull but just passing on what I heard. Plus isn't adama on a double his wages after so many appearances, and look he ain't getting many games.

If he had that sort of contract would'nt it be the same when he plays for the under21's surely he would'nt have 2 diff contracts so if that's the case surly they would'nt play him at all?

Unfortunately, he's discovered that none of these are actually available in the Birmingham area, so he’s refusing to play
Mind you, in the early 80’s Jackie was also responsible for the rumour that if Gary Shaw ‘gets the ball, he’s bound to score’ and she was wrong about that as well since he only managed an average of one goal every three games ….
