Revolving door at the Bluenoses managers office is spinning again. Cotterill gone so that'll be 5 managers in 16 months. Although it's tight at the bottom of the league, I can't see them beating Boro on Tuesday, so they'll be in deeper sh1t. I can't really see the point in changing managers with 11 games to go assuming somebody wants it (who want's relegation on their CV? ) Same goes for WBA, but in their case they just need to be preparing for the Championship in which case Pardew is probably a safe pair of hands.

On that note Menace, it was only 6 months ago I remember reading that the wise old man of football, the one and only Mr Harry Rednapp, quoted on his departure from St Andrews, 'When Birmingham City get everybody fit they’ll finish above Aston Villa this year for sure”.
And that’s comes from a seasoned professional
footballer/ manager.
Arthur Askey was the last comedian to crack one as good as that, gone since 1982.

Oh and when they announced Cotterill as manager their owner said “we will finish above Aston Villa this season”😂😂 they really are a circus, laughing stock of the league. The blues are going down and their going fu*king bust, going fu*king bust, going fu*king bust!

04 Mar 2018 13:28:37
And from what I’m reading they really are going bust, got to post a loss of no more that 500,000 in the next six months to pass ffp, something relatively impossible after losing 5,500,000 in the first six months, if they go down this really could be a long long long time before we see them again.

Will the bluenoses be missed🚾.

04 Mar 2018 21:28:53
With Redknap coming in for the last few games and saving them you can see why they sacked SC with the deluded belief of yet another last day saviour! As for would I miss small Heath alliance? I suppose you need to ask a Celtic fan when rangers went bust! Firstly I think I wouldn't stop laughing for weeks and any new afcBirmingham united or what ever they are to be called would be hilarious as they ground share with Solihull moors! I hope this Vision of their future happens and no wouldn't miss them as we don't miss small pox!

Come on lads, wheres' your charity gone-oh no sorry, hhhhhaaaaahhhhhaaaaa!
But seriously, if they are relegated, let's help them out and offer a ten pound note for their keeper stockdale, he's not that bad really., apart from a bad back piccking up the ball from the back of the net.

05 Mar 2018 09:57:33
Watching their highlights Stockdale is one of the worse keepers I’ve seen, similar to Guzan in his final year. He’s about 2 stone over weight and doesn’t save a thing.

05 Mar 2018 16:43:55
Bit harsh Chris, he's got no defence in front who give a feck, i think he's carrying an injury and each week there's talk of more managerial (or over there, venerial) movement, the owners are clueless (long may it continue obviously), and remember when johnstone goes back in the summer, we'll need at least 2 keepers which ever division we're in, even though he plays for the knuckle-draggers, i still reckon he's worth a shout?

Looks like derby are having there usual wobble come end of season,
Fulham are really on fire now and are a serious side for 2nd place,
If the worse comes to it I would rather they got 2nd place over Cardiff,
But it's in our hands now to keep on winning and keep up the pressure on Fulham and Cardiff,
I really hope so,
Play offs are a lottery and it's up for grabs for any of the 4 teams in it,
But we want 2nd place and I'm preying we get it.

04 Mar 2018 10:05:24
Really the way things stand Fulham have got to put pressure on us not the other way round mate, still above them and a game in hand against QPR, win that and a nice 4 point cushion. Their due a blip and looking at the highlights derby were very poor at the back but eventually unlucky not to grab a draw. Barnsley winning against Cardiff on Tuesday would be perfect for us, puts blues 5 from safety and if we win we are 1 off second. Still loads of points to b played for, get everyone fit and another 7 game winning run wouldn’t go amiss. If the worst was to happen and we end up in the play offs I think we could beat Bristol City, Cardiff, Derby or Middlesbrough over 2 legs, only team I’d worry about was Fulham but we normally beat them at home, just their team on a huge pitch at Wembley lots of space would be lethal.

04 Mar 2018 10:30:16
You say Fulham are due a blip,
Which I can understand but villa also have being on a great run also and they could say the same about us and we are due a blip also!
There is plenty of twists yet in this race for 2nd place,
As I said I would rather have Cardiff in play offs than Fulham
But I hope it does not come to that,
I want that 2nd spot and it's going down to the wire.

04 Mar 2018 10:33:32
Barnsley winning at Cardiff would be great but I don't care about putting the bluenoses into further trouble it's about our situation which concerns me,

04 Mar 2018 11:12:35
Would you not class losing to Fulham and drawing at home to Preston as a blip? We’ve had a little wobble, it’s unrealistic to win 9/ 10 games in a row so we managed seven, injuries caught up, had a little wobble, now players are coming back and we should be back on it. Sunderland, Wolves, QPR and Bolton all before the international break, 9 or 10 points will be decent and should keep us in 3rd possibly second, following that fixtures against hull, reading and Norwich should put us in a strong position hopefully second going into the final run of fixtures against some of the big teams.

04 Mar 2018 11:58:46
And would you also not consider our form in December a blip.

04 Mar 2018 12:02:02
Chris you make it seem quite easy for us,
Losing to Fulham who are on a roll and dropping 2 points against Preston is not what I call a blip,
Think we have got 25 points from last 30 if I'm not mistaken,
I may be wrong on that of not,
That is very good form for me,
If we lose 2-3 games in next 4 games that is a blip for me,
Derby are going through a blip now of mainly drawing or losing,
I hope your valuation of them games coming up do come true but I'm not counting chickens yet,
There will be ups and downs that's for sure.

04 Mar 2018 13:31:28
Not easy, just being optimistic. Dropping 4 points after winning 7 in a row is a blip. Look at the whole season, we have had 3 blips, the start of the season then we went on a brilliant run, December then we went on another brilliant run and now hopefully we can do the same.

04 Mar 2018 13:36:49
Agree, I think losing to Fulham and the draw against Preston was not really a blip, I think its more of a pointer to form.
Neither result surprised to be honest.
If we had lost both and then got tonked at Sheffield we would probably be classed as having a blip.
