Totally agree its outrageous which is why I suggested Balaban. What if Benteke recovery is not good and he has another season of woes will he be classed as a flop? Think the 30% that voted yes are not real Villa fans or have very short memories!
Bent wasnt the problem, scrooges little puppet is, how do you expect a striker to score goals or show form if you only play him 1 in every 4 games as a sub or send him out on loan,

Bent's problem has been Benteke.
Lambert wants a striker in that mould and Bent is nothing like. Benteke just highlights Bent's deficiencies.
So, what do others think of todays rumour that Ashley Young could be on his way back to us? Would most supporters want him back and more to the point, what fee would United want for him? I wonder if this could be Roy Keanes idea. Also, if it is true that Randy may have changed his mind about selling, is he going to invest some cash in new players - and more than the reported 10 million which buys very little nowadays. Also if the change of heart is true - Why? Can he not find a buyer, perhaps?
