Mr know it all -RDM has to act quickly because the clock is ticking, he needs to make signings now and then assess who those players work well with in training. Then its a case of casting away the dead wood albeit some of it needs to go down river right now - tomorrow!

All we do as fans in moan. We're not getting Gayle or Ritchie . And what's the issue?

also see who is willing to stay and fight for the cause then bring in what he needs.

In essence we have Grealish, Traore and Ayew who are in the right team with the right set up pretty good players maybe equal . But all of them need to show the desire and commitment to take us back to the PL . If not get rid

I would prefer it to take time to weed out the poison. Get the right mix of management and playing staff and then put villa back where we should be .

Just let RDM get through the door and take his time to see what he needs . Then move forward

We all need to stop moaning and just back the owner, manager and playong staff as opposed to barracking them.
