I do not believe any Villa rumours anymore, none of you predicted the Bent or Mcleish signings. .just goes to show what a professional club Aston Villa are, all business behind closed doors, and long may it remain.

It isn't a personal loan. .is it you that keeps saying this? it is money he invested in a business he owns. why do you keep talking about villa owe him money. creating a him and us situation? there is just us. the man owns our club and i think he has done a pretty good job at ground improvements with more still to come and has financially backed o'neil (most of which he wasted) and houlier and i have faith he will provide considerable funds for mcleish. stop being so pesimistic and acting like the sky is falling down over b6. it could be a hell of alot worse look at our neighbours.
Im not a business man but randy clearly is and didn't make his fortune by throwing money away (or laundering. :D) but our assetts are worth alot more than 65mil. .an amount you clearly think will ruin aston villa? sometimes you have to speculate to accumalate. but i don't think randy see's us a business anyway he's a fan and he won't let us down. .he hasnt yet

We are a selling club its true but we aint the only ones tbf and all the players that guy just mentioned have moved or are going to move to more successful teams and i say who can blame them. Bar gary cahill who shudnt even be on the list cos we sold him as a youth player and bolton developed him not us

Totally agree and according to today's press that "big club" Liverpool can't afford Conor Wickham let alone Downing Hope he comes to his senses and realises Villa is the place to be

we know things are a bit slow at the moment but everyone knows we need signings (even randy)and we usually make at least one markie signing each year milner would be nice but i think its more than likely to be one from defoe, j cole, parker and if yesterdays rumours regarding everton open to offers for arteta are true he could be just the play maker we are looking for gven looks like being no1 which im happy with but i think downings going to force through a move to liverpool which is a shame after we took a big chance signing him wilst being injured but id rather get someone in who wants to play for us n zogbia is favorite but i wouldn't bet against pennet coming in for less money

I agree some of the players Villa are getting linked with are top quality
looks like were getting a decent keeper in Given or Foster
Then were after The Fantastic Milner, Diego, Jenas, Voeheck, N'zogbia, Canarles
Also rumors of Defoe coming so i think Villa will be back up there next season
