I wonder what punishment the FA will give newcastle if found guilty for undocumented payments, this might scupper their promotion, or will the FA go soft on them, rafa must be shaking his head in disbelief!

I hope they still go up. I don't want them in the division next season.

Too late in the season for a points deduction, investigation has to be complete after the final week of may. If they go up and lose Benitez they'll be coming straight back down anyway.
