Randy Lerner is a good owner he has done nothing to harm the villa apart from the mcleish slip up but even with him at the helm we were a hard team to beat and i can assure any of you so called supporters that if things arnt working out by January Lerner will do what is necessary to keep villa in the premier league it is in his interest to keep his company where the money keeps coming the man sits on a mountain of wealth he ent stupid. I for one will be right behind my team this season got some classy young players come in that are better than our youth/reserves so let the good times roll.

VILLA TILL I SNUFF IT!

I agree with this post more than it is possible to agree with something, i don't know whether you have stole that opinion from my own head cos I was worried I'm the only villa fan who is sensible mate. Ill stand behind the villa with you all day mate, thank lord mcgrath that there are some villa fans who don't whinge like baggies fans

Agree3 Disagree0

I honestly feel optimistic under Lambert and feel we'll be a force again i also like the philosophy of who's playing in the best form starts with no gauranteed names on the team sheet

Agree2 Disagree0

Not so long ago newcastle fans wanted to hang their chairman but he kept a tight ship and only spent what needed to be spent 2 seasons later they were in europe and fighting for forth spot, please have faith would you all rather he spent 100 mil and plunge the club into dept or builed for 2/3 seasons on a buget

Agree2 Disagree0

I fully understand and share your sentiments exactly. The progress model is very slow but it's effective and it works. Newcastle, everton, stoke, arsenal to some extent, you wouldn't see those teams going down and thy built slowly, sold their best players but somehow managed to remain as good if not better as a team

Im sure premier league defenses will be having nightmares at the prospect at facing jorden bowery

Agree2 Disagree1

Bowery has been bought in for the future , benteke, gabby, bent, weimann that's our strike force and it's better than last seasons. And im not being funny mr sarcastic but given the same amount of time on the pitch Bowery would most certainly score more than the one solitary goal that big emile got last season. I for one would be happy to see him come off the bench
