Never thought I would see the day when a Villa side played like a pub team week after week. Breaks my heart.

{Ed025's Note - villa are a great club jack with a great history, the prem needs teams like the old villa and i hope you get back up soon as i think its past the point of saving this season, best of luck for the future mate but i feel you may need it while lerner is at the helm..

I have been a bit quiet on here the last couple of weeks, I am lost for words Ed, been supporting villa for 60 yrs like lots more on this site and finding it hard to take in such a decline, shocking mate.

{Ed025's Note - it can only get better dave, i can empathize with you because as an evertonian for over 50 years we have seen clubs getting investment while we have been overlooked for years mate, its so frustrating when clubs with little or no history are getting these billionaire owners and can buy top players, the good thing for you is you have the stadium in place and a strong fan base, im sure you will get back up sooner rather than later when you will have new owners who will bring the pride back to the villa and i wish you all the best..

Everton then, we go back a long way our clubs, I think I am correct in saying it is the most played fixture in the football league!
I wish we had a Ken McNaught at the heart of our defence now Ed.

{Ed025's Note - a great player dave, but i would fear for the rest of the defence now mate if he was in it..he would of ripped their heads off the way they have been performing this season, your missing a great leader like him..
