The money people are spending to try and get in the Premier League is crazy. The thing is it's not money they get you into the Premier League its teamwork and a well run football club. You can't buy your way out this league as we seen at bristol they wernt only better but they was a lot better so if i was rdm 2 things i would do is 1 fitness training 2 is teamwork training we may have name players but that's all they are big names leicester are a shining example our togetherness! our players are better but we are not a team yet.

I think the attacking midfield player we are obviously seeking is as important as the striker we are also seeking.
What does seem clear is that Tony does seem to be the real deal in terms of his ambition for the club and his willingness to back the manager with cash for players.

was out on the lemonade with a few peeps and after a few baby shams we discussed what managers we rated who were young and upcoming, we said the top two that we personally liked were lee johndon (gary's son) and david wagner (music to my ears because i think he's the next superstar manager meself! ), and then we talked about the one and only club that matters;and the boys said rdm is very, very good technically, but the one thing they said they thought was that our squad was lob-sided and as such we were making the mistake of making the players fit the system rather than the system fit the players, and the more i think about it, maybe that could be the case, what do you think?

Explain, what do you mean with the whole system thing? As in players are playing out of position to fit his formation/ tactics? And how is the squad lop sided? Not disagreeing just don't fully understand what you mean, as in we've got to many attackers or too many leaders?

I think we need to see who and that comes in in the next week mate, technically the season doesn't really start till the window closes in my eyes.
First few matches are to see where you need changed etc.

I do agree with all you say however, just know if we see it, so to the people that matter!

We as a whole, need patience.

Speaking to an Ipswich fan the other day, saying the first games up to the end of the window is about fitness, the real quality comes out after the window, hopefully he's right.
