Totally agree.
I thought that we would be looking forward with some younger talent - seeing as we have money to spend- rather than going for last year's model or an old banger.
The possible thinking is that he is suited to the champs and can score therefore he will fit our requirements.
This sort of signing suggests that we do not have the funds as was first announced.
Come on give me some hope!

Am I right in thinking. The team report back for duty tomorrow? If so I think a week to assess the squad then the recruiting should go up a gear and the ins and outs begin. Not Lin until the curtain raiser so hopefully we have made contact with the clubs already over possible targets to get a feel for their availability and cost.

Seeing us being linked with Yeltsin Tejeda, not a very known player but i remember him playing for Costa Rica in the 2014 as a CDM but i did abit of research on him and his only played 26 games with Évian last season in the Ligue 2 (french second division) not sure what to make of this really, would much prefer Norwood from ready personally but what do you guys think?
