Well now the Dr is had enough if you believe the reports.
Another takeover could happen again at the wrong time of season.
All the uncertainty about transfers?
Like when o'neil left us in last week before the season we are all in a mess once again!
See another American is interested!
What's wrong with a British consortium who at least we can relate to,
But seriously I am pissed off with all this trouble at my club and we never learn do we!
Roll on my holiday can't wait to get away from the white coat brigades at villa park,

Judging by his last Tweet he isn't going anywhere - What a mess this club is in! All our "rivals" for promotion are making signings, we are waiting to hear if we have a club!

27 Jun 2018 16:54:25
He is going 100 percent. Belive me or don't. His last tweet states he will continue to do his best for villa. His best being to sell to someone with a wallet. Sale is very close.

God forbid another Chinese owner.
My heart will not take much more,

Me 2 aswell mate I would like a chairmen who knows a lot about football and how too run a club properly or has mega cash like city owners. Even doug elis would do right now he cared bout villa unlike Lerner an the dr.

27 Jun 2018 19:52:57
Ellis I would take back in a heartbeat even at his age!
We need proper people who knows football and how to run it,
But knowing our luck we will end up with Chris samuelson?
Plus pardew or mad Mick!

27 Jun 2018 21:37:53
I just pray the nxt chairmen knows a lot bout how to ruN a footy club and has plenty of cash to bankroll villa else we will be in a mess again, plus aswell new owners might want new manager aswell.

If a new owner does have plenty of cash can they actually invest in the squad? Surely FFP restricts that?

I've read that due to the fact Grealish is a home grown talent on low wages and no signing fee his sale at 30M would all but clear our FFP issues - Anybody hear this? If that is the case he really is the sacrificial lamb to get the club back on track, loosing him will be painful but I think we all can accept he would have moved on eventually, this way he may provide some genuine benefit to the club and allow new owners to invest in the team?

That being said, it needs to happen soon, the season will be upon us in no time and we have already fallen behind our promotion rivals.

Got a feeling grealish will go for far less than 30 million.
He is worth more for me than that figure,
But with levy he will not pay this 30mill.
Would be no surprise to see him go for 20mill
That would be a real bargain for spurs but not for villa,
We need every penny we can now and we will accept any deal just to get us out the mire,
Very sad to see how we have declined to this,

28 Jun 2018 11:06:34
I think we can play hard ball under new ownership - If we aren't strapped for cash but only restricted by FFP then I still think we hold the cards. I can't see Grealish forcing a move so if we can keep him and maintained the core of the squad, off loaded some players on the periphery, introduced some youth and a number of loans / free transfers then we would easily challenge for promotion.

Only trouble is a takeover takes time and we can't hang around till that happens,
I think next week you will see a few players departing and Chester and grealish will be top of list,
