No matter what happenes tomorrow I hope Gabby gets a good send off and does play some part after all he is one of our own UTV gabby and thanks for the memories.

yea i agree villadaz had so many good day with gabby don't like what he did but love him for the blues games and arsenal away UTV.

Gabby deserves what he has given us, over the last few years, nothing . He has scored a vital goal now and again but has always ended up in another 4 year contract . Once he has that contract, he’s not bothered . When you are a professional player and allow your self to get into the state he did, you don’t deserve nothing, You can come up with the Blues goal, but the man has lived on that, without over the last few years, not a lot else . I certainly know who’s come of the best, He’s had a brilliant living of us for the last few years, without contributing not a lot . You can say Gabby scored a goal here or a a goal there, but overall he has certainly had the better deal . People talk of him as if he’s a legend, but that is demeaning other legends we have had . Gabby was good as long as he had his pace, once that was gone, he havdent got enough ability to make up for it . Gabby was never the sharpest knife, his problem came when he had time to think . I agree he’s been a 1 club man, but his attitude over recent years hasent been the best .? When I first saw him I thought, the same as others this kid is going to be good . But the same as so many he was happy with his lot, loads of money, so why keep working . So thanks Gabby, for what you have done, but really you could have done a lot more . Its not just Gabby, but I get so frustrated when I see people with a talent and they become complacent and can't be bothered . Onwards&Upwards Villaforever.

I agree Dave with his attitude it stunk and I am glad he is leaving but still deserves a decent send off he is a villa fan after.

Good post Dave, the point you made about his speed and ability is spot on.
Made a dam good living from Villa and fooled everyone above him.
