So here we are with 1pt from 6 games (timmy keeps saying it's a work in progress) games don't be long about mounting up in this league
I said during the week that this was going to be a big week we needed to get something today.
We really needed a prolific striker in the last window I just think we baught in to many new players ie lescoot the Spanish fella (can't think of his name)
Lambert used to keep saying we are a young side it's going to take time and timmy is saying the same at the moment we are in the bottom 3 I can't see where our next win is going to come from.

1) Are we better than last year?
2) Have we better squad than last year?
3) Have we a better manager than last year?

The common factor to all our woes lies with one person who has been present throughout O'Neil to Sherwood and we are still falling further down.

Before I start I still think we will pull this around, TS has had people missing every game so far .Lets get everybody fit & injury free & then I think we will see a differance .Back to today, TS if we back off people & let them play, like we did today it's asking for trouble .We should have been in their faces, closing them down .people have been saying Traore should have played, the kid has had a protective boot on & only started training a couple of days ago .As I started by saying let TS get them all fit & then see what what happens, Villa for ever

once all fit i think that midfield needs looking at. gana veretout in the cm sinclair grealish and traore running at the defence and gestede up top i think we can get a few decent chances. defence other thnan clark or okore in for lescott i think that's pretty much our best team

For the last 3-4 seasons villa fans have posted on this site that we have stayed up because there have been other teams that are worse than us, could somebody please tell me who will be able to save us this season.

so far all I've read is the reports and by sounds of it i think what's clear to most is lescotts past it, traore and veretout need to sort fitness and get on the pitch from kick off and that we really need to a get a attacking coach in to teach these lads how to hit the target
