Why do you even bother with"you know who? "
Just let him or her carry on doing their thing and enjoying themselves.
The most of important thing is that we keep a good run going and get at least a point on Sunday.
Confidence must be rising and expectations high so a point is realistic, 3 pts would be a dream.
Even Holloway now states that we are going to get into the playoffs.
The outlook is brighter.

This could go on forever, I think we all agree . Mr Know Bugger all, will never agree with anyone, he is so one dimensional . God help if he had. Nipper who didn't want to go to a match, I'm sure he would disown him. So iv now decided, to take no more notice of any more of his posts . So MKIA no more response of me, lf everybody did the same, it would see you off . You thrive on us responding and reacting to your posts, no fun if nobody takes any notice . So go and find a telephone box some where and start an argument with yourself . From the best supporter ever, sorry forgetting myself . Onwards& Upwards Villaforever.

It makes me furious, with this logic I would need to go to another continent every week to be a 'true supporter' in his opinion i am just 'fond of the club' what a joke, no wonder he couldn't take the heat last time with comments like that.

26 Oct 2016 20:08:07
Lol
I don't want him to do that!
Just the keyboard warrior routine wears thin.

If he could tone down, engage brain and realise certain thoughts should remain just as that, it's cool!

A lot, in fact regarding team affairs, most of what he says are true, or at the least worth discussing, it's the way they are said that I get offended by! And I go to most matches, home and away. I know how fortunate I am. I am no more a fan than someone who hasn't gone since the 80's, if at all.

There is an old man whom my father knows, who used to follow the villa everywhere, home and away, and in Europe. He saw us win the European cup. Hasn't been since. His argument is, he can't top that. We buy him a program every week, but he has not been in decades.
Is he not a villa supporter?

26 Oct 2016 20:33:15
Thanx for all your feed back i will continue to support my club through these difficult times i won't apologise tho because if i see somethink rubbish i will say so but same goes if i see somethink good iam honest.

27 Oct 2016 13:22:07
You may disagree with peoples views on players, formations, managers etc. but you cannot question peoples loyalty to the club based on attendance. You have skewed idea that there is a direct correlation between attending games and loyalty as a supporter and that makes no sense.

You are also saying that people who actually attend the game have better viewpoints on the team. I can assure you that there are people that haven't missed a game for decades but their opinions are crap because they don't have 2 brain cells to put together. Your argument is completely flawed.

29 Oct 2016 06:21:26
Oh wow this again. People like MKIA just ruin sites like this for everyone else. Pathetic.

Maybe all of us who don't go to all the matches should get a black asterisk next to our posts to make it clear they aren't important. And maybe they should segregate the fans at Villa Park and have a special part timers area.

26 Oct 2016 19:10:56
Mr Still know it all, I would rather have a beer and discussion with Flackie about the Villa than you any day. I'm sure most of the other bloggers agree. He at least, speaks common sense and is not too negative. He at least uses punctuation and knows how to use spell checker! I always reads his posts but unfortunately, when I see your name, I ignore.

26 Oct 2016 19:59:54
Thanks savo, although I wasn't wanting anyone to pick a side, just for him to realise things are not necessarily black and white.

26 Oct 2016 17:39:51
MKNI yawn yawn. Please learn to spell and respect the views of others. I have supported, followed, and worked for Aston Villa in the 57 years since I was 5, I have supported them through thin and thinner. This however does not make me a better or bigger supporter Han you or anyone else.

26 Oct 2016 16:20:24
Flackie welcome back, hope you had a good time . As you can see, Mr Know It all hasent mellowed in any way . Your wasting your breath . He should think his self lucky, if he can go to all the games and not try to belittle others who can't afford it . Just because you can't go, dosent make you a lesser fan . Iv supported Villa for 57 years, followed the all over the place, so am I a bigger fan than MKIA no . Do I go to away games now, maybe 2-3 a year . So is MKIA a bigger supporter than, No . Onwards&Upwards Villaforever.

26 Oct 2016 17:10:46
1st of all i haven't be littled anybody. The point i made was how can people comment on Aston Villa when they havnt watched the game an just saw highlights on tv which last 5 seconds! If people can't afford it that's fair enough but i wouldn't then accept there view on somethink they haven't seen. Highlights last for seconds now so how is it fair to give a view on it? Its like watching 50 seconds of a film then saying wev its good or not! Flackie has more influence on you guys than john terry at chelsea. I understand its tough for people getting to football but i wasnt slatting anybody i was just asking if a person doesn't see the whole of somethink how can they give a fair opinion?

26 Oct 2016 17:12:24
Thanks mate. Was great, although showed my lack of support to go away during the season!
My lad has just signed for Peterborough, and came away with us, does this mean he isn't a proper player? Must be a hobby!
It's flawed logic what ever way you look at it!

The guy one dimensional view boils my blood!

26 Oct 2016 17:45:51
That jt reference actually made me laugh!

Sky
BT
Radio 5
Talk sport
Not to mention countless online streams.

Lots of ways to watch and follow the matches.

26 Oct 2016 19:12:28
flackie don't entertain it they obviously aren't ways of showing your villa colours if u just watch the highlights etc! I'm going to have to leave the site because I live in Northern Ireland, get over to at least 4matches a year. but I'm not entitled to an opinion on my team! ( can I still call villa that? )

26 Oct 2016 19:25:55
I live and breathe Villa, I live in South Africa. My mom immigrated when she was 14. I take serious offence to that comment. I'm as big a supporter as anyone else on here. It just shows how closed minded you are that you think all villa supporters live in the midlands. Would you rather not have Villa be a global brand?

I think my views are more structured and make way more sense than the bull you speak. Oh and I can also construct a sentence a hell of a lot better than you, Mr know it all.

You take it for granted you are able to go to every game, I would kill to be there every week.

26 Oct 2016 19:46:13
Great too see we have villa supporters all over the world like your good self sir.

26 Oct 2016 15:56:32
Would anybody put gabby agbonlahor on the bench against birmingham city? I knows his been a fool but he does love the blues villa derbys and has a habbit of scoring in them?

26 Oct 2016 01:16:27
Everybody call off the search flackie is back my old mate how was your holiday? I never thought about sitting by you really but yes maybe we will. As much as i have missed my mate flackie my attention will be 100 percent on beating the blues even if we sat together police won't be needed on this occasion lol. Bruce has our team working hard but really we have to create more chances and we will start to fly up the league. So update for flackie who decides to go on holiday during the season is. 7 points from the last 3 games we have a new anthem don't look back in anger sang every time we win. grelish banned for stamping. oh and mendex now follows rugby. lol UTV AVFC SOTC.

26 Oct 2016 07:20:59
I'm sorry I went away during the season. I know I'm not a real fan, as as well as Aston Villa, I have a family, a life and a career.
Thank you so much for the update. It is a privilege that a real fan, such as your self takes the time to talk to the masses.

26 Oct 2016 10:42:19
No problem hope you enjoyed your holiday did you bring me somethink back nice? lol. Iam not saying iam anymore a fan than anybody else! I just try and encourage people to go games before moaning about the 3 seconds they caught on tv. Anyway looks like the police are locking us in at the end at the sty for safety reasons. so maybe you could bring your holiday pics might pass the time a bit? UTV :)

26 Oct 2016 12:05:45
Topography, graphically, geology, family, work, cost etc etc
All reasons why some can't go to any game, let alone some.
Are they less of a fan? Does their opinion mean less?

I go to 95% by the way, I'm not more or less a fan than anyone.

26 Oct 2016 12:39:52
If you don't see a whole game i don't see how people can comment an say its good or rubbish as they wernt there tv 5 seconds does always paint the real picture. i wouldn't start talking about a film if i only seen 5 seconds of it so why is football differnt? There is a difference anyway a fan is somebody who is fond of the club and a supporter is somebody that's goes to all the games! Simple fact is you can't see somethink for a few seconds and pass judgement on it! Oh flackie iam glad your back we was running out of prawn sandwiches!

26 Oct 2016 13:25:05
A fan is someone who is fond of the club, a supporter is someone who goes to ALL the games?!
Man, it's hard to talk with someone who lacks basic intelligence.

26 Oct 2016 13:51:19
We can all watch all games on live streaming.
Most away games this season will have limited numbers of tickets. So does that mean that those of us that went to Preston (5000) are better supporters than those unable to get tickets for Small Heath (2000)and Brighton. Burton, etc etc etc?

26 Oct 2016 13:54:42
Please Mr. SKFA wear a dunces cap on Sunday so that we can all avoid sitting near you lol x.

26 Oct 2016 13:55:06
I'm not going to insult you in anyway I will not stoop to that level. All iam saying is when you see 5 seconds on the television he doesn't paint the whole picture of the game. How can you judge a player or the team by a few seconds on tv? You get supporters who go every game and some that don't its way of life. If you had to ask somebody about the game who would you ask somebody's whos been to the game or somebody who is just seen the highlights? If people can't afford to go that's fair enough not there fault but i wouldn't ask there opinion on somethink they havnt seen! Nor would i expect them to moan about it because they havnt seen it.

26 Oct 2016 14:08:53
Ok then say you're right answer me this question why does Aston Villa separate fans when buying tickets? Eg you need to have been to so many away games to go to burmingham burton wolves list goes on? is it because they are rewarding loyal supporters rather than part time fans that don't go that often? Same as when we got to wembley how many people wanted tickets for the game but never went games i know partimers asked me.

26 Oct 2016 14:17:32
Jesus! I give up.
Part timers
Real fans/ supporters

Have a word with your self.

26 Oct 2016 14:34:44
Hissing in the wind flacks hope you had a good holiday fella.

26 Oct 2016 14:34:51
I've heard that the Kingdom of Bhutan is very nice at this time of year. Right through to April actually.

26 Oct 2016 15:10:53
Answer the question why does Aston Villa reward people who have been to more games than other eg buying tickets. Is it because they acknowledge there is fans that go to games more than others and reward them. flackie our own club understands the difference why can't you?

26 Oct 2016 15:30:40
I understand that not everyone can go home and away.
We average 25k home
Aprox 5k away.
That's a shortfall of 19k. Are these fond fans not supporters?

It's unintelligent, naive and insulting to suggest that because you CANNOT go to every game you are less of a fan. And because of this your voice, say and opinion is void.
I understand that the club rewards 'loyalty' although I disagree with the way you have interpreted their discription.

26 Oct 2016 17:19:46
It's none of your business but I've been involved with things that make you realise football ain't that important. I haven't been watching rugby
I won't go into details but let's just say Shankly was wrong about the importance of the game
As for the rest of your nonsense, I really, really cannot be bothered.

26 Oct 2016 17:39:51
I hope things are ok mate.

26 Oct 2016 19:35:23
Thanks Flackie.

26 Oct 2016 19:48:40
Hope all ok Mendex buddy☺☺.

26 Oct 2016 20:56:42
What a load of crap I'm from Ireland I got to 2 games last season at a grand total of nearly €2000 so I am no a fan of the villa I'm just fond of them
Everything thing you say is just for a reaction you must live in the Midlands close to villa park where you only have pay for a ticket
Here is what I have to
Friday of work
Taxi to Dublin
Flight
Taxi to hotel
Stay 1 night
Taxi back to airport
Flight
Taxi from Dublin
But then you would do this if you were fond of aston villa
You talk nothing only crap all the time why would you disrespect any supporter of any club in this way there is nothing more I would love to be doing every weekend only following my club up and down the UK
To be honest my am I even wasting my time repling to your s##te.

26 Oct 2016 21:23:19
Well said Mick.

26 Oct 2016 23:37:32
Thank You Villadaz.

27 Oct 2016 06:22:24
When I go abroad I see Manc replica shirts, Arsenal, Spurs even and Chelski all next to Barca, Bayern PSG and Real Madrid shirts. Dr Tony has a dream that our shirts will be up there. I would love to see us up there across Europe and the world. Not everyone can get to see the villa live for economic, social and health reasons. My late father was born in Aston, worked in Aston, went home and away till his late 20s till he had a family then only took in a handful of games a season till his health didn't permit. That made him no less a villa fan nor more in my view than someone who lives in Bejing who has now nailed their colours and loyalty to B6 and aspires one day to visit or even buy the club. There are so many reasons why people will support the villa and if sticking a pin in a league table is the way who cares. Defending the club in conversation and buying the replica shirt as well as joining this site are all displays of loyalty and support. Our club should be as inclusive and welcoming to all who want it to be their club regardless of any need to fulfil an entrance test or criteria! Viva AVFV!
