Iam furious the way the Aston Villa V Watford friendly has been organised. Point 1 Everybody who went to Germany gets free tickets nice gesture? No because everybody who went Germany has already brought there Warford ticket so unless they take them back and join the big que on the day they still have to pay. Point 2 It shouldn't be on YouTube All attendance money goes to the legend Graham Taylors family for the chairty of there choice so we want to try and get a big crowd not let people watch it for free. All I can say is please please go to the game if you can Graham Taylor was a legend and he deserves a good turn out. Everybody is qwick to talk on forums and argue all the time let's all come together for the tribute match. UTV 1 GRAHAM TAYLOR there's ONLY 1 GRAHAM TAYLOR.

Agree with what you wanted to say but "it should not be on you tube"?
What will happen to the other fans who will be watching it from other countries.
People were questioning the way AVTV was being handled. Now when they are actually doing a better job for the fans around the world here we are again questioning them for doing so.
Hope this season will be better. Please stop questioning every other decision this club is making. Cheers mate!

1, I live in Glasgow and, OK, it's not Oz but is still a long way away to go go to all games. I will go to as many as I can (usually 8-10 home games and 3 or 4 away) but cannot afford to go to every one. Please remember that not every Villa fan lives in the B6 area and therefore need to watch by other means!
2, Villa took this on at relatively short notice as Watford had planned to host it, so think they are doing their bit and their best!
3, This is surely the sort of game where people rock up on the day and buy on the gate. I am pretty sure we will have 20K+ which is what Vicarage road holds at capacity.
4, It wasn't Villa that cancelled the game in Germany, so for them to offer tickets is a great gesture!

Surely you can see why you have the reputation you have when you come out with tripe like this!

I wasnt having a pop at people who live far away I suppose the youtube point was made for the armchair fans that live near birmingham who won't go and just put it on youtube I just want Graham Taylor match to have more than 6 thousand. All my friends went to Germany we knew that we were playing watford at Villa park for about a month now so all my mates brought tickets for watford game. So now they are told they can have a ticket free but they told everybody to late as tickets were already purchased pointless gesture. If Newcastle had a game for Bobby Robson there would be more than 6 thousend show up. People that live the other side of the world aren't included I understand why you can make the game.

HaHa Allyp1972 makes a change don't it. Point I was trying to make was if it wasnt on Youtube more people would attend Iam sorry I wasnt thinking of people in Kazakhstan this time. But that's 1 game that should be a good attendance is it to much to ask local people to get off there backside and go to a Graham Taylor tribute match this is a guy who did loads for this football club. And as for the Germany thing it is to late people who already brought tickets. Now people have to take more time off work to go Aston Villa with a boarding pass and a passport to get there money back for tickets already brought? Why not give the a voucher of sort. I actually agree for once with wtw.

I think the turn out will be better than you think though.

I do struggle with your argument though, in one breath you complain that they let you know to late to claim your free ticket, in your next breath you mention how it's a charity match and how more should go because of the money we could raise.

How about, for the Watford game only, anyone watching on YouTube, donate £10 to the charity, or euros, yen or gold doubloons if you're a pirate?

What a great idea Allyp 1972. Also Flackie it was the clubs idea to give free tickets but when you think about it there not free people paid for the ticket in Germany that got called off I assume so its like a swap.

I for 1 will be there anyway singing my heart out for Graham Taylor and Aston Villa. I know I moan a lot but I wouldn't moan if I didn't care about the club. UTV.
