Statistics are beautiful. Yes Villa conceded more goals than the relegated clubs, but actually scored MORE goals than blunderland, magpies, potters, canaries, hammers and of course royals and hoops. apart from one result, yes chelsea, Villa would have finished in 11th place, above Norwich. Now go and enjoy your next season in the prem while Villa enjoy their 22nd, about 3 times more than the canaries.

If Villa are smart, they should buy Bakary Sako. He would fill the needed role of a winger, he's very fast, high work rate, good cross, scores goals. He has great passing and dribbling qualities and i'd say the 3-5 £ mark is a good shout. i'd trade him for Zoggy tbh even though I still think zog has more left in him if he can be more consistent.

Sako is poor - I have watched him all season, if possible even more unpredictable than nZogbia

PS - High work rate? have you seen him? laziest player at Wolves.
