Why all the hate for kingvilla all of a sudden? He's been posting on this site for years and years and is one of the old heads so everyone should know what to expect from him by now. He isn't posting any differently now than he has in the past - we never did sign Jack Rodwell despite it being a done deal for 3 or 4 windows in a row. Its just a bit of fun, lighten up.

i think dr. xia couses all this he dnt even know who it is himself but if they're talking about Aston Villa signing players It paints a good image to be linked with these players it's all publicity. been doing a bit of digging and two names have come up as forwards we may be in for. now let's get this clear I'm not saying I've been told anythimg here just two good forwards that are available that we may go for. Wilfred bony. not in city's plans and could be talked into our project and would suit us I think. and the other who again is available and has worked with rdm is Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. now he's getting on a bit at 33 but may be seen as the out and out goal getter we need who is also good in the air and would fit. if I was to throw my hat behind one of these it would be bony in a shock deal but wanted your thoughts guys.

I agree with Prob, Flackie. You're one of the old faces on this site so you know Kingvilla has been posting on here for years and years now and he isn't doing anything differently now than he ever has. When I first came here years ago his posts were probably the biggest reason to keep coming back, and if nothing else provide a great round up of every link the papers have come out with. Remember Jack Rodwell - according to Kingy he was a done deal for about 4 windows in a row before he moved to Sunderland.
Kingy is basically the Agbonlahor of this site - he's been around forever and rarely hits the target. but somehow its difficult to dislike him.

Gotta back KingVilla up here on something. He's said that we are in talks with Ballotelli, it's been widely reported that he had a meeting with Mourinho asking his advice on how to kickstart his career, Mourinho told him that he may have to drop down a division to do that, as Mourinho is arguably the best coach/ manager around, I'd hope he'd of listened. He's been linked with Wolves probably because they have an Italian coach, we have 1 too, not to diss Wolves but we are a bigger club than them and would give him a bigger stage to get him back to his best, he's had his ups and downs but Benteke went to L'pool and didn't cut it mainly because they didn't play to his strengths, Ballotelli is the only striker out there available that I would call 'world class' and available, 1+1=2, so not a bad rumour from KingVilla. Keep it up mate, your rumours are devisive but you have the right to post them, more readworthy than some of the 'Meldrew' crap on here

I have to say its quite easy to be first to find a rumour on the internet, then quickly post it on here like its fresh from an unknown source, its the oldest trick in the book! If I had a contact at Villa park and I kept leaking information to forums like this wouldn't my contact become a little bit annoyed and wouldn't it be crafty of me to do that?! Like ed said none of us know for sure not even Ian Taylor or Brian Little could predict events with 100% certancy.
