yes i would have rather got 3 points but i'm happy with a point and its better than none and its 2 away from a team that's deep in the pig muck with us.
everyone moaning we didn't bring on troare on but on that pitch he wouldn't be able to do anything, think he should have gave jack g a run took off westwood or veretout. but with any luck they was being rested and getting games soon.

Some of the team actually looked cheesed off at the end. Some excellent performers out there in awful conditions.
Most of the game, most shots. An all together better second half.

Some good signs and yes some positives but just wish we were in September or October! We may have still run out of runway to take off and get out of the mire, need to win the next three!

we need to play for 90 minus rather than just the last 45.how many times this season have we played so bad the first half and come out swinging the second?
as I've said most weeks until we are down we need to keep singing at be that "12th man" damn that's 1 of the 7 points i thought we was easy getting over the next few weeks so as long as these teams at the top of the league stop losing to the teams around us and we bang a few away we could be out by mid jan.

Oldvillan I don't want villa to go down as I have a soft spot for them but i said on the Newcastle game it was a disgrace playing for a point as you are 10 points of safety and I got slated for it. And yes the villa have not played good football in a long time due to that awful owner you have buying cheap every year.

I bet it was that bird on the burger bar, or one of the other informants that some of the people on here have in their pockets. I think you have me mixed up with David Dein, who was at the Arsenal. Probably Geoff on the Holte-End turnstiles spreading that one. He's also responsible for the current rumour that if Villa score then 'once we get one we'll get more. ' which we all currently know to be completely untrue.
