Thank you Ed it hasn't got to me I'm far bigger than that mate its just frustrating that this has happened to our club I must admit though I was quite fortunate to have a good convo with these 2 people I guess they are as frustrated as we all are and want the truth to be out there so that all villa fans know the true mess we will be in next season.

Agree ed another great club gone too the dogs we all have too be carefully what we wish for in my case I'm hoping king villa takes up my offer of the bet then I can book my cruise joking aside tho my heart is broken knowing what a great club we once was ruined by a man who not only ruined Cleveland but also ruined the dreams and aspirations of hundreds and thousands of supporters across the globe.

I guess it's all about money ed Lerner is most probably sticking to his asking price and they will not pay it it was a great convo with Keown and the other person last night both want the very best for villa but unfortunately hands are tied hence the resignation of King and Berenstain who had that conference call with Lerner I suppose the truth will come out eventually but until late then we have to endure this very bad roller coater ride.

I want to think positive and think outside of the box for a min regarding the two gentlemen leaving yesterday. maybe there is something to this takeover talks and they were bought in by Lerner before as he had in his mind we were going down and he needed to get us sound to get us back up and get a sale. so they all come in and are give there jobs. so what I'm saying is he did not think he would get an offer and needed help otherwise league 1 was calling. now maybe these people in talks have been watching and thinking if I get this club cheap I can use rest of money it would of took to buy them before to change squad and rebuild so put in a cheeky offer. at this point Lerner just wants to cut his losses and run so is listening to them. now the to guys here of his change of heart that he is going to run and realise they won't be doing a rebuild of the club so just quit now rather than waste anymore of there time. thoughts guys.

1st of all i would just like to say i love this site all tho we all don't agree at times i must say i respect all your views! Now closing the trinity upper what's the point in having a nice stadium if its going to be empty because you have closed it off this is a disgrace everything at aston villa is a joke at the min so tell you what lerner why not close the whole ground down you havnt got a manager you havnt got a board an you haven't got players that want to play for us so what exactly have we got? Have been on another Villa site, can't believe some idiot on there sticking up for Flabby . He says anybody if they had the money and was having a bad season would do the same . We may be a a great club, but we do have some numptys supporters . Told him he's an idiot, a professional player should never dream of this rubbish in the circumstances. Villa forever.

He has to go now. It would be ridiculous for the club to start next season with him in the squad. It would be a toxic pipeline from this dreadful season to the new campaign with all the negativity and contempt for the players that goes with it .
If they have enough ground to sack him, great. If not, bitter as pill as it would be to swallow, he would have to be paid off

If Mr Wang is the man (an I hope he is) then I would be optimistic that he would want unbridled success for the club and invest accordingly. My experience of Chinese business people (and I travel there about 4 times a year to work) is that if they invest in something - either financially or emotionally - they will do whatever it takes to get the payback and would never, ever want to lose face. Fingers crossed.
