oneil never got further then 6th due to not looking at the quality of the squad but just the 1st team and never gave the kids a chance.
Lamberts approach has been first class and a breath of fresh air and i dont see the squad he is assembling running out of breath aswell come towards the end of the season like we allways did with oneil ?
The youngsters were not MON players, they came from development so he disregarded them as McDonald and Cowans owuld have got the credit.
